I was brought the wrong burger. When I pointed it out they took my burger back and added onion straws to the wrong burger and brought it back instead of making what I ordered. After I pointed out it was the wrong burger they denied making the wrong burger. I had the exact same burger at another location less than a week ago and it was wonderful. Sad this location has such poor service. I will not be back. The first burger is what I got from the location near the mall, the second burger is what I received today. Go to the Applebee's near the mall.
Ordered Oriental Chicken salad and fish and chips. There were pieces of lettuce the size of baseballs and the rest of the lettuce and ingredients were stall. There were no chips in the fish and chips order and the fish had so much batter that were inedible. $32.60 for food we placed in the garbage. Never again an online order or a eat inside.
Managers are great about checking up on tables that have been waiting a while. Good is always hot and ready to go. Get the bartender another blender! This store is down to one blender and they have a hard time keeping up. Please make their lives easier and our time as customers more enjoyable.
Good food but it seemed under staffed the day we went. I'm not going to hold that against them because no one wants to work anymore. I would definitely go again though.
The pasta was overcooked and mushy. The prime rib dip and frys were cold. Was immediately told they would comp dip, or would take 20 minutes to remake, as their were other orders on front of ours. Even though ours were was ahead of theirs. I'm not sure they will do that. The only reason the manager was made aware was because the server had to get them to comp the meals.It's not that there was an issue it has everything to do in how it's handled.
Ultimately the food was good and our waitress helpful and friendly. That said, they didn't have three items we ordered and it took them 15 min to figure that out. The hostess was unfriendly and not very helpful. Took over 30 minutes to get our order. Some of this was out of their control, but their attitude is. Just don't get your heart set on a specific menu item, don't be in a hurry, and give grace where you can.
Seated quickly. Super friendly server. Food was sissling hot. Enjoyed our dinner and look forward to next visit.
First & foremost, I have never had an unpleasant experience at Applebee’s. that being said there is a first time for everything. When I ordered car side to go the message said let them know when you’re here, so I did. After waiting 10 plus Minutes I decided to go inside check on my food & use the restroom. I started by asking if my food was ready tans let them know that I had been waiting. They told me they don’t do car side after 9pm and I merely mentioned that maybe it should say that instead of “until midnight & we’ll find u” then I used the restroom. I went back to the hostess podium to pick up my food and the hostess tells me that she doesn’t feel comfortable giving me the alcohol I ordered with my meal because it appeared I had already been drinking. Obviously my food had been waiting there for 30 plus minutes and I didn’t want cold food on top of being offended by her comment accusing me of drinking, I told her Nevermind. I’d like to say I was walking a little different as I had recently been in an automobile accident and had a broken ankle but was no longer using crutches. It didn’t make for a very good experience that’s for sure
I realize no sane person would go to Applebee’s for steak but I didn’t win the coin toss last night. That being said, when you can’t deliver a well done piece of meat after a 25 minute wait in an empty restaurant you may as well shut it down.The raw meat paired well with the cold green beans and frozen salad.
The food was decent, fairly fresh and brought in a timely manner. Our server did well for her 1st Veteran's Day dinner rush. The quality of the food could've been a little more flavorful and the double crunchy shrimp was soft. Considering how full the house was I can let this go one time. I'm hoping the next visit that the food will be worth it.
