Totally mush fries with little or no salt. They don't have the oil hot enough. That is why they are not crispy.Too much mayo. The amount on the seat of my car and shirt would have been three times too much. An extremely small peice of lettuce seemed to be the part people don't eat.The long line was the best part of the of my Wendy's, experience today unless you count when my stomach ache finally went away, the next day.

Quality has fallen off a cliff. The burgers and even the fries were too quality beating out all neighboring competition. But since last year the prices have gone up and quality of ingredients has gone down. We now have three expensive elementary school cafeteria grade restaurants on this street. Thank goodness five guys are still around.

Use to be one of the biggest fans of Wendy's! Until I came to this location and a person made a reference to bars and animals to an associate of mines in this restaurant which was very racist in our opinion and no apologies no nothing. I have been banning anything Wendy's ever since.

It was 10 :55 am. They didn't serve breakfast food items. I finally asked for a junior bacon cheese burger. And fries. Fries were hot and crispy. The burger had a cold ban, almost out of the refrigarator. The customer service was not that friendly either.

Tonight was one of the worst experiences I had at Wendy's it took literally 15 mins to get up to take my order then almost another 15 to get my food. I don't understand how this is fast food.This was literally sad because people's order did not look large. I'm a chef for a living and I understand being short staffed or busy but I just worked a entire dinner shift and did dishes alone all with no issues getting food out on time modifications and all. So I don't understand how this could happen with pre cooked and frozen items. I'll return but not at night better to go when they have more competent workers available.

I work for a food delivery service and due to misinformation I went to the door and knocked as instructed. Then a woman appeared, who I later learned her named to be Misty and was the manager, came storming out the doors and proceeded to be extremely rude and just short of yelling told me to get in line. She then proceeded to mimic my complaints and acted as if she was three years old. Wendy's...... If this is what's left of the workforce for you to hire and you lower your standards. That means you lower your standards on the product you sell as well.-The Loyal customer since'08-NO MORE

These people charge you 40 cents to add cheese and then give you the sandwiches without the cheese. So far we have received 5 sandwiches like that. On the last 2 picked up tonight, I specifically told them they missed the last few times and make sure it does not happen tonight. I reminded them at the window again. They did not offer an apology and missed it again!!! When we called the manager back he says no we did add as standard response. Nonsense

It's fast food. Haven't had a bad experience at this location so they get 5 stars.

I ordered online 30 mins before arriving and when pulled up at the counter was told the order was not ready and will start now.. made me wait 10 mins.. whats the point of ordering online in advance for pick up!PS: There was no one in the queue. The store manager was unpleasant to deal with.

This has got to be the busiest Wendy's on the west coast!!!!! But I assure you no matter how long that line is... Cause it's gonna be long?? they are still 100x faster than a non busy Wendy's ??‍♂️? ?‍♀️... Food is always hot and taste great! All praises to the 2-10 shift
