Visited 2 times there,Great location, cool but small place but busy most of the mornings. Need to add more server to deliver it fast. Highly suggest management to remove mushrooms onion sandwich- Super oily. Snacks should wamed & server alongwith coffee not 10 minutes before as it get cold before coffee comes. Any how Coffee was good.

great coffee and super cool location, there are plenty of restaurants around and nice walk to a waterfront. Great place to treat yourself after visiting Alder Creek Dental just around the corner. Not too busy in afternoon and still enough spots to to park your horse.
A great selection of hot/cold, baked goods and delightful outdoor seating. And just people watch around Juanita Village!
They have a good coffee and cozy place to do some work or to hang out. I saw some wine inside and happy hour board outside. Good concept!
Cozy spot with a great loose leaf tea selection and super friendly staff.. and good bathrooms. Everything you could possibly want for a first date where she needed a quick exit route ?

Overpriced and possibly the slowest coffee house I’ve ever been to. Charged $5.50 for an iced americano. I asked for sugar and they told me to add it from the bar..: except it won’t then dissolve but whatever. and the coffee was horrible. The most watered down americano I have honestly ever had.
Urban Coffee lounge has all of the ingredients to be a "cool" local coffee shop in the center of a captive audience of apartment dwellings. On first sight it has the "right" snacks, the fire, the lounge chairs, the outside patio etc. Disappointingly though, they just cant get their service act together at all. I was turned off and reverted to Starbucks right across the street about 6 months ago when one of the barristers got agitated with me for asking for a cardboard cup insulator as they don't have them in the self service area. It was like a load of trouble for him - his behavior was "precious." My wife decided to give them another try yesterday. I waited in the car parked outside for 25 mins, then joined her to see what was going on. Yes, 25 mins wait and she still did not have our coffee's. She is a shy person and had not said anything. Eventually the coffees came after I arrived. I asked what the heck was going on. I literally got a grunt. No apologies, no reasons given, and then the coffee while expensive was distinctly average. Starbucks across the road is staffed by a friendly bunch of young people who know how to look after a daily customer, never any issues, pretentiousness or attitude, just great service and no horrendous waits.
The worst taste of coffee I have ever had. They were waiting for us to go and grab our coffee instead of calling us. It was so cold. It was like milk with sugar. My husband got sick immediately after finished his coffee. It was waste of money. Don't recommen it.
