the burger was tasty and the outdoor dining was comfortable. Aubrey was very nice as well
It’s convenient for burgers and drinks but the food is expensive and the service is slow. The waiters are snobbish and don’t seem to like to serve. Not a first choice if you want Kirkland best. did not feel welcome here.
We tried some appetizers and drinks at this restaurant and they were all good. The service was also good and the prices were not bad. Our favorite was the Pickle Fries! They were very tasty and completely unhealthy. :-)
Stopped here after work for a happy hour. Atmosphere was great, drink selection was nothing out of the ordinary but I was able to get what I wanted - No complaints there.The QR code ordering procedure was a little weird for our group though, I think there is room for improvement.
We came here for a snack and ordered bbq pork fries. We specifically asked the server how long it would be- she said about 35 mins, which was fine. Their wait time kept going up every time we asked. Some people who came after us got their food. Our server kept saying 10 more mins and no food. She was also not friendly and said can’t do anything just wait for fries with bbq pork on top!! 50 mins wait for fries y’all!Finally the owner/manager came and she said we have an easy order and to bump us up since we had to leave to be somewhere by 5pm. She was probably best part of the experience but overall Very disappointing.
After 10+ minutes fighting their self-order app, creating an account, entering payment information, and constantly hitting issues in the app we left. We're not their IT department nor service staff. We wanted to like this place, but they seriously need to put the service back into being a restaurant and not be an in-person GrubHub experience.
Picked this place because my daughter wanted a Caesar salad with chicken and we wanted somewhere casual to eat after a tiring day. This checked our boxes and was exactly what we wanted for dinner. I had the fish sandwich which was excellent and my daughter’s salad was perfect. The staff were working hard but super friendly and doing a great job. I would recommend!
Poor customer service!If you want to substitute their chips that are coming with the burger, with fries ($3 more), after you paid for the order, they won’t do it for the $3 dollars extra (saying it is not possible after the order went through). They give you just the option to order a regular side of fries, forget about substitution.Also, a tip for them- better to include those $0,45 for the sauce in the cost of fries, than asking customers for extra pennies.

The staff is incredibly rude. They do not have any signs posted, however, said I cannot bring a bottle of water. They then say it is a city law that I cannot bring a bottle of water with me. Hint -- it's not. And look at the wait times to get the very salty food.Edit: In response to the owner I challenge them to cite the law, or agree to add a sign. Believe it or not I actually try to respect posted signs. Add a sign or cite the law and I will be happy to remove the negative review. Until then it will stand.The Washington State Retail Food Code appears to make no mention of this "law".Further, the other people bringing in coffee don't appear to get a second look. Why is that? But they ordered me to immediately remove it, or place it in my bag (which I did not have) then immediately left. Not an offer of water, or any human courtesy as they seem to imply. I stand by my review. My interactions with the staff was very negative.
