Taco time is amazing. I hope they can get staffing. We have tried no less than 7-10 times in past months to get food but they are closed. Good luck with the current hardships, I hope the restaurant can get back on its feet.

So sad to see them open for barely 6 hours a day. Seems like they need to pay their employees better and lower the price of their food to get sales back up...

Listed online as open, *I* had to upload a picture of their new hours to get it updated. This is ridiculous, and a waste of time driving all the way here just to find it closed (again). They need better diligence with their hours. Furthermore, I've come here several times in the past during posted hours to find it closed. I'm done. This location sucks and may as well get shut down. Don't waste your time, just drive 10 minutes north on 405 to the other one, at least they'll likely be open during normal times. For the record, while sitting in their lot for the last 20m searching for other options and writing this review, about 30 people have driven through just to find it closed as well. Great job guys.

I've gone to the Taco Time on 85th TWICE in the past month and both times, after waiting patiently at the drive through for someone to take my order, I found out they were closed. No signage anywhere indicating it was closing earlier than its 9 pm posted time. I'd even take a handwritten note on the screen. And it was not a 8:55 pm I hope they let me through kind of thing, both were mid-evening.Yesterday, around 6, I sat behind another car for 10 MINUTES before the driver figured out something was wrong. I couldn't back out of line because another car was behind me. There was no way to tell whether she was ordering or not. The driver was awesome, 'tho, and came back around to let me and the other car behind me that there were no employees to help us.I used to like their food, but I can't really comment on that because, you know, they never let me buy it.

I said kids meal. She added a whole #1 combo meal. And I asked her to remove the #1 combo and she told me “can you just make up your mind please”. I thought that was kind of rude honestly…

Went a few weeks back (before the Cov19 restrictions lifted) at their drive through. Waiting and waiting and waiting... In a long line. Turns out place completely closed. (each car would wait at the order speaker waiting for their order to be taken) They did not even bother to put a cone or a sign in the lane to indicate it's closed. How lame. Today decided to give them another try. Parked my car and walked in. Guess what? Dining room closed. Every restaurant in town has opened up but Taco Time. Wake up guys. Covid is over. Lazy butts. They refuse to open up so they don't have to clean the tables. Lost another customer.

I placed my to go order from the other Kirkland Taco Time. The Taco Time employee here at this Taco time was VERY helpful. Called the other location to cancel and then remade my order here in under 2 minutes!!! Thank you so much for getting us back on our way.

Im driving a Semi Truck , so I parked and came to the drive thru window because the inside is closed for Covid. The older white gentleman wouldn’t even come to the window to talk to me, prolly because I’m black. Horrible, I just want to eat and I got money.

Our order was correct and the food was pricey, but good.

So I went here about 30 minutes before they closed (first mistake) I got about $30 worth of food for my roommate and I and we were very disappointed. Rosario took our order at the drive through I got two soft tacos that were not very full they were half folded over so mostly just tortilla folded onto itself considering they're almost $6 each I'm confident they were giving me only what was left on hand. To top it off I didn't even get my tots. Not sure if it was intentional because of the time we went or if they ran out but if it was the latter they could have done me the courtesy of letting me know instead of taking my $4 dollars and hoping I'd forget.*Update* 12/30/21*The manager, Zach, reached out to me and offered to mail a gift card to compensate my meal for my not so pleasant experience. I received the letter today and was impressed with seeing a hand written apology. Thank Zach for the sincere service recovery and for making the situation right. I appreciate you going the extra mile.
