Bait and Switch. More and more Subways aren’t accepting coupons. They think it’s ok because they show a sign saying so. By the time you’re parked, in the store, smelling the bread, they know most people will order anyway. (I know the fine print shows at participating stores, but those were few and far between if ever. Now it’s more common.) I walked out and chose another sandwich shop based on principle. I thought ahead and took peoples orders on what we wanted, collected money based on the coupon price, only to be told coupons won’t work there.
New refreshed menu seems like good quality but not that different from pre-pandemic. Friendly staff. Love the app but sometimes glitchy.
