I ordered drink literally every day this week and I feel like overall the quality going down while price going up. I can't taste any caramel or coffee, all I can taste is milk. Disappointed? Yes!

I want to love this Starbucks as the employees are super friendly and the location and drive through are convenient. Unfortunately, I won't be able to go to this one anymore as they frequently make my drinks with cows milk instead of how I order them, with oat milk. It even says oat milk on the order sticker, but today was the fourth time they've messed it up and made the drink with cows milk and I've had to toss it out because I'm allergic to milk (as well as being an ethical vegan.) I almost always have my little ones in the car with me so getting a drink via the drive through only to have to throw it out is especially frustrating. Sadly, if you have allergies or are vegan, you'll probably want to skip this location as they don't seem to be able to consistently make drinks correctly.

Can I suggest turning the audio down —with masks wearing and your plexiglass protectors, it’s very difficult to hear the cashier. And the cashier is not able to hear the customers.Otherwise, wonderful service, thank you for doing what you do.

The store closes at 2pm daily and is closed every Wednesday. They need to do a better job with their management of the store. The works are great.

Slowest Starbucks in Kirkland. I do UE and I think less than a handful of times I didn’t have to wait . Usually 8-10min wait .

I love my triple venti peppermint mocha and impossible breakfast sandwich. So of course that's what I thought I ordered! Nope. You get a basic peppermint mocha and an actual "impossible" sandwich. Waited and waited. Finally approached the front counter and they are out. No one came to me to let me know. Very poor communication. No one is cleaning tables and customers are just rotating in here during a pandemic and required mask mandate. Seems to be run by kids, which is fine. But lacking in customer service experience, sadly. Parking is a nightmare and limited.Don't live in Washington so definitely not returning to this one!

Starbucks is nice but it's hard getting in through the drive-thru parking is very tight and minimal every time we go there and order a hot two shot espresso it comes out warm not hot.

The drive thru is chronically and unreasonably slow. Poor logistics for drive thru and cars can be lined up out to the road and through parking lot, much due to the slow service. Coffee is good a majority of the time but is not consistent in quality and, like today, I got another bitter, watery latte that is hardly drinkable. I put in a complaint and was told that they can only refund or remake your coffee if you come back in to store right away, which was not an option for me. It's only coffee, but at $4.50 a whack, am going to find a different drive thru.
