Ordered a breakfast sandwich and banana loaf bread. Requested to warm it up but they didn’t. Upon request I ask them to do it but they declined as I already have tried it.Probably they need to warm it up in the first place when requested. Never had this issue with other Starbucks.
I’ve been in many Starbucks but this Crew is just outstanding. I’ve never been served so nice and friendly. It’s raining outside but these guys made my day. Thank you :)
Lots of comfortable seating and store was open pretty late. Staff were really nice and made excellent drinks :)
I went in to order a trenta ice water and the cashier put “cup of water” and didn’t say a word of the fact that they couldn’t do that. I waited for my water and got a grande. I told the staff that this wasn’t the size I ordered, and some older woman with short hair came up to me and said they only do one size of water because they “.go through cups too fast”. I may be harsh with the review but she was rude and when I couldn’t find the straws after that (I literally just looked for a second), she points and goes “it’s over there”. Very short. I didn’t even ask her where they were, she volunteered her rudeness.Went to rose hill Starbucks and had no problem ordering it. It’s a shame because this was my second visit to the Starbucks that is closer to where I live and had this experience. Won’t be going anymore.
Nice store! The lobby is a really bright open space and is refreshing to work or boat friends in.I have overall had great experiences here.
Ordered two peppermint mochas and both of them tasted like milk with a trace amount of peppermint.
It says they close at 9:30 it was 8:15 when I got there and they were closed I saw employees in there but it was closed.
Nice location .. but after months, who do you still not have WiFi? How ridiculous is that? Lazy in my opinion. No legitimate reason either.
I go here really often. It is almost like I am addicted to this place. The young adults working here have a positive attitude and going here is always a pleasure. Easy parking situation. I love living on the Eastside.
