Ordered a specialty drink with no coffee and a vanilla latte.They put coffee in the drink and forgot the vanilla in the latte. Very disappointed.
Just bummed out about the decline of this once trusted brand. Multiple close friends have worked at various locations throughout the years, but drink orders get fouled up every dang time anymore. Sadly, This trip was no exception. I’m super nice about asking for confirmation of my drink order, Bc I know it’s different people so messed up my order last time. But it’s like 70% failure rate. Rage quit.

First of all... my drink was amazing as always. I went through the drive-thru and while I was waiting at the window being helped by Makayla I think, I noticed one employee being a little rude to a COUPLE employees :( I believe her name tag said MacKenna? or something like that. This is disheartening to see, what I assume to be, a lead...Glad I didn't sit down inside because McKenna was QUITE tense and that would not have been fun to just even sit around that vibe...for any customer I imagine. hopefully Starbucks can address this because she was not creating an environment for customers like me. I'm sure she's just stressed but customers can see that too remember.
I came into this location today after having a bad day. The employees here were a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond and helped turn my day around. Thank you for such a kind Starbucks experience. Truly!
