friendly staff great people and great coffee
Drinks were correct. Service was a bit slow in drive thru due to it being busy but that’s not really their fault. Cashier today didn’t say hi or greet us but also, that’s not always a bad thing. ?
I've gone here dozens of times to get coffee and food for coffee dates with my wife with drive thru, ordering in the store, and mobile orders. Unfortunately, pretty much every time there is a mistake with the order or a lot of hassle--food items missing, another customer's order mixed in the bag, and sometimes the wrong drink. I usually check the bag and need to politely ask for it to be fixed, and they look annoyed and rarely say "sorry for the mistake".Lately, when picking up mobile orders (when they haven't randomly turned that off), they never have the food portion ready for pick up. They usually ignore me (and anyone else needing the food items for a mobile order) and do everything to avoid eye contact. When I politely ask for the food portion of my mobile order after trying to get their attention after a few minutes, they act annoyed and prepare the food, of course with missing an item in many cases, of which I need to bother them again to get to the food I prepaid for.On the bright side, the location, hours, and drive thru option are great.
Tried to order a customized Frappuccino and barista not only declined to make it but made me feel like I was asking for a hand out and told me to move alone the line because I according to her I couldn’t make a “choice” horrible costumer service.
It's 2022 in a Fortune 500 company's employees doesn't know how to change store hours on Google maps. This location is NOT 24hours a day. This location opens 6:30am. When most people are already at work or already commuting.Go ahead and blame it in covid, like ever lazy company or location. It's a real waste of a location if you can't have it 24 hours a day.
This Starbucks has been really inconsistent lately with their hours of operation.I work at the Costco down the street. I'll put in a mobile order for easy pickup, and their front doors are closed, when there is a line out to the street; so much for making pickup convenient for those who know how to order.
They gone up twice on prices in less than a few months. They just went up another .20 and blamed it on taxes, when I checked the receipts from today and yesterday it’s easy to distinguish that it’s not a tax related increase but it’s a product related increase.98% of the time my drink taste like dirty water, I assume the expresso machine is not cleaned as often as it should be with how busy the store is.I wouldn’t mind the increase in prices, but the drink and customer service isn’t worth almost $8. If the customer service was like Dutchbros and the drinks were consistently made good, $8 wouldn’t be an issue to me. Unfortunately that’s not the case with this location.
We purchased 2 cups of coffee and they both tasted like hot water only. So we have been purchasing at Mercury Coffee. This happen several days ago.
I only came here once, but despite the super long line that went all the way out into the street during peak hours, we got through it in about 15 minutes. Our drinks were perfect and it made a great pit stop on the drive home!
Good service. They made sure they got my drink right. Fast drive thru. Open 24 hours. Convenient location.
