Had vegetarian biryani and my friend had Thalappakattu chicken biriyani. Awesome taste and good spicy .. we had gobi which was delicious and spicy. Good quantity and portions. We had to do pack some as we were tired from travelling

Friendly people, awesome service, awesome food, very reasonably priced! Love the atmosphere, quick service. Recommend highly!

I have ordered take away from Sitar many times but yesterday I had a dining-in experience and was so impressed. Always a fan of their food but yesterday I was floored with their hospitality too. We were too close to the last order cut off so we placed the order via phone while on the move and food was served hot promptly when we reached. They served us very well and showed lot of warmth. Wonderful hosts and it was a perfect memory for our friend who was visiting us from CA. Thank you Team Sitar. Onward and upward to you.

Ambiance is good and clean. Food was enjoyable. I like the biryani combo option. Chef made butter milk on request which was off menu and it was really good.

The food was good. Upon request chef made buttermilk which tasted really good. Ambience was neat and clean.

Very good Indian food. We had the palak paneer, butter chicken, and chicken 65. The chicken 65 was dry spiced - different from other versions we’ve had, but still delicious. Looking forward to going back and trying new things

Excellent staff. Excellent food. Excellent variety of cuisines (North Indian, South Indian both!)I’ve no clue why this restaurant is less spoken of, it has really good service, the staff literally takes care of your every need, if you’re getting late or might need a few minutes to reach before the restaurant closes! They even don’t ask for credit card details before prepping your order unlike other places. The food is tasty, tried the masala dosa, shahi korma, and the Malabar parotha was yummy! Definitely should pay a visit with friends.

I went there for lunch with a friend and everything we ate (and brought home!) was delicious. The tomato soup and samosa were just the right level of spicy for me (spicy to the taste but not “make-your-face-sweat” spicy), and the tandoori roti, butter chicken and palak paneer were wonderful. Our server was great, there whenever needed but not dropping in at awkward times which I highly appreciate.

If not the best, ONE of the best Indian places I’ve ever been to on the Eastside. I was most surprised about the quality of the food, so fresh and the chicken so juicy. The lamb curry was amazing. Highly recommend this place !

Excellent Indian cuisine! Incredibly friendly staff. If you've never had it (or even if you have), start out with the Mulligatawny soup. It's so good! Been to Indian restaurants nationwide and this one is among the best I've had. The Shahi Korma was incredible. As if it were someone's grandma's recipe. The location is unassuming, but this restaurant is a hidden gem. Will certainly be back next time I'm in the Seattle area.
