I want to leave this review specifically for the staff. They are rock stars! Super-friendly no matter how busy it gets, helpful, fast and efficient. Such a pleasure to be greeted there every time we go. And gelato is great too.
Always has a line outside if the sun's out, so glad I walked by on a Friday and there was no line. Totally worth it. So good!!! I had the Dark Cocoa and Berry Gelato. 10/10!
Well, if you're expecting Italian gelato, this is not it. Looking at the choice of flavors available, I already knew it wasn't going to be going in...That being said, as an ice cream, it was very good, and a nice little area to sit down and enjoy it.
The ice cream is soft and creamy just the way it should be. Great product and service.
Absolutely delicious gelato! Staff is super friendly and portions are generous. Love the Dutch Chocolate and the Oreo. Highly recommend stopping by for a cool tasty treat.
Everything they offer is so yum! I love their hazelnut & pistachio too! They also have “dog gelato” which is such a special treat for them. I’ve been a customer at this location for years and have brought many dogs during that time after a lovely day out visiting the marina! Thank you for all of the delicious flavors! Excellent customer service and top quality gelato!

The best Gelato around Kirkland, Redmond and Bellevue areas. There are very few gelato places around and this shop stands different with a simple selection. The staff are great and the gelatos are very tasty. I recommend this place to everyone who likes Ice creams and Gelatos.
The flavors were rich and creamy and full of so much flavor and just the right amount of filling and ingredients inside. The temperature was perfect, not too frozen, not too quick to melt. The staff was kind enough to let me taste test several flavors which I always really appreciate, even more so in the midst of that not being allowed. For the price it was most definitely a fair deal and I will definitely be returning When I visit Kirkland. Truly delicious, thank you!
Customer service was great and the gelattos taste nice except that both my friend and I found a piece of hair in our gelattos. Thank you for what you do but would you please be watchful of flying hair as you prepare them.
