I grew up eating at Perkins (for those from the Midwest) and I really struggled not having that simple diner food to fall back on before I found Shari's.It's exactly what I want when I'm in the mood for pancakes and bacon. The staff are always nice and do a great job.My partner has some unfortunate food allergies and they've never cross-contaminated anything, so good kitchen hygiene too.If you want good breakfast food in the area, this is my recommendation.

Incredibly cozy feel to the place. Big comfy booths. Food so simple and comforting, it hits you like Anton Ego taking that first mouthful of ratatouille. The pies are indeed worth bragging about.Service is good, but my only suggestion is that they could hire more waitstaff. The waitresses I've had were sweet and attentive, but it's a pretty big dining area for them to cover, so it can take a while for them to get to everyone. Shari's is good for a long, relaxing sit-down experience, not a scarf-it-and-scram.

Nice place to celebrate my achievement of Eagle Scout Rank! Wonderful person named Angie served us and I admire their resilience and patience as they worked with a ton of customers!

Very disappointed in this place used to go here a lot, As it used to be good. Unfortunately the past 2 orders we have received were basically uneatable. Not sure why the fries are so brown and tasted really old. The hash browns were not even cooked, basically raw. The chicken in the burger was so rubbery like it was pre cooked and then microwaved. Will not come back anytime soon. Hopefully with some feedback the food might improve in the future.

I went into shari’s with a couple of my friends today and we had the sweetest server ever! She was in training but honestly I don’t think she needs it! She helped us pick out our options and was super understanding with my pickier friends! She got us our food when it was ready, and she was super communicative with when it would be ready and if there was any delay. Incredible service, and everything was perfect. I will be going back again, thank you Emory!

I had AMAZING service!! Amber Lynn absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Very tentative. Quick to respond, very polite, easy on the eyes too. Friendly, and inviting.I'm usually pretty picky on how I want my food. Lots of room for errors. She took my order and even corrected a plate before it hit my table. Just genuinely cares for the customers needs, and it shows. I usually eat at the other guys. But from now on they have a repeat customer, I'll be chosing this location from here on out. Thanks Amberlynn!

The food is a solid 3/5. Not bad. But not amazing. However you know what you are getting when you come here. A 4/5 for what it is. Plus their pie, it is great. I’ll give them that. However the service was pretty atrocious. We waiting 20-30 minutes before anyone came back after seating us. Had to flag someone down to take our order and get us the check. It was a bummer.

I had the poached egg Benedict w/avocado and tomato. James had a lot of bacon and eggs and hashbrowns

amazing, great service and great food. They have been very busy but still great service and nice waitresses. The new manager even came out and introduced herself to me! She’s great, will definitely start coming here more!! ??

We got seated quickly. Got our drinks quickly. Waited 10 minutes to place our food order. Then waited another 30 minutes for our food to arrive at the table. It was cold, the cheese was just sprinkled on the eggs instead of scrambled into it. All the food was bland, pancakes were tough and dry. Will not be returning to this location any time soon.
