Food is good, but seems like im not the only one. I got half a bun from the bottom. So literally it wasn’t even 2 whole buns. Everything just fell out. Expected the fries to be bigger in portion. However they were small and pricey. Food is alright. Love the shake. Just wish they gave me a whole bun instead 1 half
I really despise how they ring you up. They don’t. You have to pay on a kiosk with no option for cash. Very impersonal. Thank God for the sweet blonde girl she went overboard to find me and give an estimate on when my food would be ready. It gave me comfort to know someone cared. They have it all roped off so you can barely ask a question. Yes it was extremelyBusy so I get it. I stood there without saying a word and she graciously approached me. I had never used this system. The food is good but the shake which I upgraded to a malt for .50 didn’t taste like”malt”? Got the regular cheese burger was good
Good burgers and fries. Automated tablet checkout system is pretty good. Fast service and clean establishment. Parking in the garage is free with validation.
A little on the pricey side but very tasty! I also got a vanilla and chocolate shake that was very tatty but mostly melted.My main complaint is the booth is pretty small and was a tight fit for me at 270. They had a couple tables but they were occupied.
Very yummy food. Hotdogs, fries, chicken sandwich were amazing. It’s not the healthiest but it sure is comfort food. There is outdoor and indoor seating. Parking is being built . So right now we can park in the library. We will be back iA
Order online or at their computer tablet inside. The food is tasty, not huge portions. The name does say shake in it so don’t miss that. My wife got the chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon and she said it was good not great. I like the burgers as they are quality beef and the lettuce and tomatoes are good.
Just finished a quick lunch at this location and so disappointed. I ordered a shack burger w/ two patties, and the burger was greasy and soggy to the point the paper bag holding it was melting from all the grease and moisture... I hope it's one of their off moment, but I am not coming back for a while... The 2 stars are for the good past memories.

Usually the burgers are good. But not this time. I ordered a customized shack burger without cheese. When I opened the box, I found the bottom bun missed almost a half, and it looked like a bite. It grossed me out. Then I open the buns, the beef patty was not a complete one, it was several small pieces. It seemed like they were collected from the unwanted pieces from the grill side. What an disappointing experience!
