In a word - great! Worth the wait, no matter how long the line. Sample as many flavours as you want. Love the option to get a split scoop, so half serving of 2 flavours. Never heard of that before. Since I always have trouble settling on 1 flavour, I loved this option. New flavours each month. Seriously good ice cream.

A must visit place when you have a craving for some fantastic ice cream!! This plave at The Village at Totem Lake is even more awesome with the outdoor seating under space heaters and a mini pool with some cool lighting!

Delectable! Delirious!Loved my experience here, the shop is clean, the customer service is wonderful, the flavors are creative, the ice cream is crazy creamy. They have some homage to your typical flavor favorites (but better) and seasonal flavors that go above and beyond your wildest imagination. If you haven't tried them out yet, quit putting it off and give yourself a well-deserved treat!
The staff is SUPER nice and patient, I was being indecisive about the flavor but the girl helping me took time explaining and let me try out almost all the flavors! The ice cream is very tasty and the overall experience is PERFECT!Highly recommended!
Way to go Salt & Straw! First off, this is the cutest little location and GREAT for an ice cream shop!! I went in and Evan ended up helping me. He was so nice and let me try all the flavors I wanted. He recommended the Berry and Cornflake flavor, it was AWESOME! He ended up being the GM and I just want to say, good job salt & straw! The staff was so friendly and it’s nice to have a unique ice cream spot that’s different from the usual shops.
