I ordered at 605pm. My estimated wait time was 32-42 minutes and at about 45 min the pizza tracker said it was out for delivery. I live only 5 min away so usually get my pizza within 10 min. I called at 710pm and they said that the pizza hadn’t gone out yet but was on its way. It didn’t arrive until 735pm and was cold. We had to reheat everything in order to eat it. My kids were super upset. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. If they forgot our order, they should have owned up to it and remade it.
The manager Savannah went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She was so friendly and nice! I ordered online and called twice because door dash took a while and she kept apologizing for taking so long and credited me the amount I ordered which was over 60 dollars! I will definitely be ordering there again solely for the amazing service Savannah gave us! Thank you so much.
I placed an order online and forgot to add a drink. I gave the store a ring and Savannah took care of it for me. She was super nice and got it done super quick for me!
LOVE your pan pizza, better than anywhere else! Location is easy to get to, and next to a 7-11 so I can pop in there for a couple of fountain drinks that go perfect with the pizza!
After waiting for over an hour to get my pizza, it came with a big hole in the middle... Photo attached.I called pizza hut twice and was put on hold with no answer both times. Terrible customer service.
For starters, it is nice to have the competition for a quick bite to eat from the gourmet that is Pizza Bank.But Pizza Hut...when someone calls your number to get the curbside delivered and that person (i.e. ME) has to wait 10 minutes on the phone AND THEN has to walk inside to get someone to notice that I am there AND THEN wait another ten minutes because the person is on the phone and can't possibly tell the other customer to wait while A LINE is forming...Y'all gotta train better because this ain't it, Pizza Hut. Still, your pizza is dope and good.

Issues with order. I put one large pizza in my cart and tried to add a small one and it only gave me the choice of a large. The pizza didn’t arrive on time so called the store. They didn’t know what happened to the order so said they’d do another order. The first order finally showed up. It was horrible. Way over done and cold!! Cheese was brown very little flavor! I had starving kids so ended up feeding it to them. About 30-45 minutes later the reorder showed up. You wouldn’t even know it was the same pizza! It was warm and not overcooked. Unfortunately after eating the cold, overdone pizza we were too full to enjoy it. Not sure I will order from you again. The quality control is horrible!!
This place is disgusting! I waited over an hour for my pizza to be delivered, but I assumed because of the rainy weather. The delivery man seems annoyed to do his job, grunting some kind of profanity. They even mixed up my drink. I called the location to tell the manager about improving customer service, which he proceeded by telling me he will refund everything then just hang up on me! How this location is up and running is quite the mystery. Please do yourself a favor and don't order from this place.
I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this place. I called in the order they can’t find my order they’ve given away three or four peoples food in front of me to the wrong person that they’ve already paid for and they just gave away peoples food. The manager is so unprofessional and all their response is all we can start to a new one it’ll only take half an hour. Well I have hungry kids waiting for the food and I find that very disrespectful. Do not come to this place you will be disappointedit is a holebetter put a pit
