The low rating is not because of the pizza, because Pagliacci pizza is the best ever, been ordering for over 20 years, it’s for the service of this location. We ordered ahead for pick up at 2pm. I called at 130pm before I left to make sure that they weren’t running late (it was super bowl Sunday so I figured they’re slammed) if they’re running late NBD but I’d rather not waste time waiting there and instead just leave later, cause we were going to pickup at a loc about 25 mins away from where I live. Anyways, the guy on the phone said “nope we’re not running late, it should be ready at 1:55pm actually” so I said great and headed out and got there at 2pm. At 2pm it was not ready, in fact it wasn’t ready until 2:25pm. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. It’s totally fine if they’re running late, but be honest about it because I ended up wasting 25 mins sitting there as opposed to just leaving my house later. The worst part was that it was under my friends name Madi, 2 pizzas came out (which is what we ordered) and I saw him put it in the warmer box and on the shelve at like 2:20. At 2:25 I said “hey do you have an eta? It’s been 25 mins, again, my order is for Madi” and he’s like “OH! Madison? That’s been ready for like 5 minutes…” Like yes. Madi is short for Madison. Tell the name when the pizzas done, there were like 7 people waiting for pick up at that time. Still love pogies, but they have some communication & training to do at this location.
Pagliacci is seriously the best. It's perfectly crispy when 'well done' and their calzones are amazing. Definitely a family fav.
Great pizza but the pizza makers go home when it snows... fortunately that is rare in Seattle, just a rare blizzard today.
I am so disappointed and pretty angry. I drove here from down south with a friend to visit my Mother and had been bragging all day and evening about how amazing this pizza is. Its thee best... PERIOD!!! I ordered 2 pizzas, one i get every single time and one my friend wanted to try. They where both SO FAR FROM EVEN OK. Very upsetting and very embarrassing...

Awesome customer service. Happily tried out a slice of seasonal pizza while waiting for my pizza to get made. Love the opportunity to grab a slice of a new pizza without committing to getting a whole pie.
Consistently delicious made with quality ingredients. I love their bread sticks, spicy Sicilian salad and the pizza when well done. Great customer service too.
As always Pagliacci has the best Pizza. Very convinient location, ample parking, very clean place, and very ffiendly staff. All arpund 5 stars
We’re locals, and Pagliacci is our favorite pizza in Washington. We always get a margarita pizza and the pagliaccio salad. I HIGHLY recommend. This Kirkland location was awesome today. The pizza was sooo good. So perfect. They just went through a remodel and I had to get photos of everything because they did such a great job with the remodel. It looked amazing.
I'm from Europe and I know how pizza should tastes. It's not even close to this.And it was burnt, and " burnt" taste as well.They have only original thick crust.Staff was friendly and nice. Nice and clean interior.
