TL;DR: sweetness comes mainly from frosting, cakes are hearty and fluffy. Mini bundts would make great snacking gifts for any occasion; affordable and tasty!Parking: parking lot under construction (6/2022). Street parking available and limited parking in the shared lot.Atmosphere: brightly colored and inviting interior with a mini retail shop. Cake counter has one case with the different flavors of bundts. No seating options.Menu: Posted on the wall behind the register. Reasonably priced cakes that are pretty darn filling!Service: order and pay at the register, you have the options of getting your bundts decorated/wrapped. If you want a special occasion one (like a birthday bundt), they just need as little as 20 minutes in advance notice -- pretty awesome!Lemon Bundt: Most of the sweetness comes from the frosting (which is the perfect amount in my opinion). The cake itself is lightly sweetened with a hint of lemon. To be honest, I was expecting a more lemony tang but it was still very tasty. The sugar level was not overpowering to me at all so I didn't feel like I got instant diabetes like how some cupcakes make me feel, haha!
Nothing special. The bundts are as good as cheap cakes you can buy from somewhere like Walmart, but triple the price. The store is well decorated though.
We ordered 48 mini bundtcakes and one 8 inch for our cake topper for our wedding! Couldn't have been happier with our choice of wedding cakes. We had several of the flavors, theu were all a big hit!
Dan is super friendly and Nothing Budnt Cakes is always spot on. I'm not a cake lover, but I'll eat Nothing Bundt Cakes any day! Only cake I'll eat.
This review is with special attention to the staff member Bianca F.I came into the Kirkland location, and I can honestly say that the customer service here is much better than the Mill creek location. Also, it’s nice that the shop is larger, I am glad that they opened one on the east side of Seattle. I was able to order four bundlets efficiently and with care as they were closing.I will definitely come back to this location the next time I need a sweet dessert treat. I also learned, that the gluten-free flavor taste like cookie dough, and I am excited to try that for the future. The recommendation was given by an employee who claims she is not even gluten-free and enjoys the flavor.Overall this is definitely a five star spot, if you haven’t taken the time to try it, try it next time you are in Kirkland.
I usually love Nothing Bundt Cakes. They have a great selection and my family loves the tasty desserts. I recently placed a delivery order online to send a box of bundtinis to my in-laws as we were unable to spend the holidays with them this year. The order process was fairly simple, you can just do it online on their website. However, the delivery experience was not ideal. For starters, I was given a delivery timeframe of 11am-2pm. The box did not arrive until after 5pm (not a big deal, I can live with that). However, I had paid for a custom message to be attached to the delivery. Instead, the box was dropped off, no one was notified, and there was no note. I will not be using Nothing Bundt Cakes delivery services in the future, and I would not recommend it. I would suggest going in store for all future purchases.
I've always loved Nothing Bundt Cakes ever since I tried it at an office party, the taste is literally worth every calorie! I'm so glad they opened a location in the Kirkland area.
Thank you so much for your delicious gluten-free cakes! I would have never known it was gf if I wasn’t told. The texture is moist, the flavor was spot on, and the icing was awesome! Will definitely keep Nothing Bundt Cakes in mind next time I need some gf cake.
