I went there with my boyfriend on 7/8 & ordered a chicken teriyaki. food didn't taste fresh to me & chicken wasn't hot enuf rice wasn't hot enough either very little portion of rice salad was only thing fresh on my plate sauce not sure if it's made fresh either or house made . just okay to me but $14.87 I could of spend that same amount some where else where food is much fresh. oh and after all that found out the lady working front counter charged me twice for my order first time coming in to this place probably will be my last. wasn't satisfied all in all

"Take out for dinner"It was so terrible. I did not like it at allNor, did my husband and daughter. I wouldn't recommend this droed out food to anyone.

I literally just went into Nasai and the older lady and another young again gal were sitting there just chatting away, didn’t say hello, welcome in out we will be right with you just literally had me standing there. Didn’t even Look my way. No wonder there isn’t a soul in your establishment. Your customer service SUCKS!

I went in a group of 10 and got a couple of teriyaki plates, my entire group got TERRIBLE STOMACH PAIN a couple hours later. Didn’t taste bad but you will REGRET coming here. Do not eat here. 3 am you will suffer

Editing my previous post because we've now had two nights where it was just awful. Tossed it today after 5+ bites were straight gristle and fat. Also looks like this chicken has been sitting out for a week unattended. Even the rice tastes like moldy paper, or something like that. Only keeping 2 stars instead of 1 because they're really nice people.

Basic rice and beef teriyaki. Meat was tough. No flavor. No veggies. Meal wasn't worth what I paid for (about $20 per plate).

My favorite teriyaki place ♡ the fried rice is better than most places. I love the spicy chicken and katsu.

Listen. I grew up in the land of Teriyaki. I've sampled the finest #1s and lunch specials in the land. And maybe I'm biased 'cause this is my neighborhood joint, but every discerning person I know knows that Nasai -- THIS Nasai -- is the best. I'm only exaggerating a little bit when I say I moved back to the area so I could eat here whenever I want. It's located in a strip mall, and from the looks of it they were hit pretty hard by the pandemic and shutdown. Please do yourself and them a favor and make this your go-to spot for chicken in syrupy, sweet/salty sauce.Only one question remains... is it pronounced NAH-sai, or nah-SAI? Experts disagree.

Super yummy teriyaki place! The chicken teriyaki was so tender, sauce had a great flavor, and rice was cooked perfectly. This will definitely be one of my go-to's from now on!

Real good. Different from some other highly acclaimed teriyaki places I've had. This teriyaki is more chargrilled.
