Blonde Hawaiian was my favorite coffee but you have to visit the flagship store to get the full breakfast experience in Bellevue

Timing was great. Presentation was great. I thought the fruits would last maybe two days but they was gone within 3 hours. And they eat delicious. Definitely using it again soon. Only minor complaints.... A bit pricey, other than that I liked the Edible Arrangements.

Another coffee shop that doesn't know how to make a simple iced coffee. My impression as an out of state visitor is, don't come here if you aren't a regular here. The girls working the drive thru were offended and pretty rude when we didn't know what we wanted immediately. We just wanted to see to drive up and see the menu first. As we reached the barista she had to double check with us on what we were asking for because she was confused. She just handed us our iced Coffees with a shrug.... it tasted OK, I thanked her for trying.Very interesting experience.

White caramel latte was incredible. Extra bonus that service was quick and it came with a chocolate-covered coffee bean!

The best in coffee better than Starbucks either Roseville or Woodinville or Millcreek.

Quite possibly the best iced mocha I've ever had. Quick service, awesome coffee. Wish I had this place nearby instead of just visiting the area!

Best Coffee I've had in my life! And I've had my fare share of caffeine addiction. Tried a lot of different shops. Open 24hr and that's almost impossible to find in these covid days.

We used to LOVE Mercurys! It was our fav for sure! However, the Kirkland location seems to have gone way downhill over the last couple years. The coffee is the BEST (when they get your order right) but literally 95% of the time there is one issue or another. :( I’m not sure if there has just been a crazy amount of turnover (and not enough employee training)… but their customer service, major lack of drink/order/temperature/etc consistency, and payment issues have really been really disappointing.During one visit they spilled my husbands hot coffee all over him (which, I understand accidents happen) but they didn’t apologize or offer to remake his spilled drink or anything …they just kinda nervously laughed it off…Also, if you give them a try I’d suggest getting a receipt so you can track what they are charging every time. (There has been major inconsistencies, being charged for items we didn’t order, and improper tracking of “loyalty points”… maybe because their system keeps being updated?)Such a bummer! :( Hopefully they can get it turned around soon, as I’d love to continue to support a small local business and update this review with a more positive one!Ive also tried to email customer service and never received a response.

Great coffee, friendly staff who know my usual drink orders and are always cheerful. Their location is a little tough because there isn't room for the number of people trying to get through, but that's a function of location not the staff. They make the best of it by coming out to the car and trying to get orders through as fast as they can, always with a smile.

The baristas are not very friendly and they mess up my drink almost every time I go there (it’s not a complicated drink either). If you want good coffee and good service, go up the road to Lifeline Coffee, they are also a lot cheaper.
