I would say the food is above average but the lady on the counter was super rude. She told us while ordering “ you are making no sense” and scoffed. At which point I told her that I would like to speak to the manager, who also made no effort to come talk to us about the incident. We have been ordering from this place for several years. But obviously not coming back here purely on their staff being disrespectful and completely unapologetic.

Shady business. I will never give my money to this business or recommend anyone ever.A few months ago, I tried to order catering for 75-100 people. I thought it was pretty straightforward.However...- They do not respond to emails- They do not let you purchase catering with 2 different types of meats- The owner personally tried to manipulate and say that I will need to pay more if I purchase with two different meals- The owner was rude and said I didn't know what I was saying- The employees didn't know they were selling- It was more expensive than the local competitionIn the end, I had enough of dealing with the owner and employees at this business. We ended up going with Jasmine Kitchen and let me tell you... they were professional, allowed us to mix-and-match, and on-time. There was no hassle whatsoever. If I could, I would give 0/5 stars. Even months later, thinking back to my experience gives me a bad taste.

I will travel the 3 hrs, via ferry, Or 6.5 hrs just for this food!!! Must get the MK fries; if you know... you know why!!! I am now craving shish tawook pita with extra sauce.... I may need to plan a trip ? just for this food!!!!

I order here often and I have to get over there to make sure they get my order correct. Over the phone, the order is always wrong. Today and last time as well, I specifically told the lady (face to face) no ketchup, sauces and cheese on the side. When I got home, guess what? Cheese and sauce were on the fries. My wife cannot have cheese at all. I called to kindly ask for new fries and she says that she specifically remembers that I did NOT say cheese and sauces on the side. There is no way of changing her mind, so I gave up. I will find a new place to eat since here they don't care about what the customer asks for when ordering.

Came here on a weekday around noon for lunch, menu is on the board and a bit difficult to read from afar. Ordered the kabob combo and beef shawarma, which came out to be around $37 post-tax. Asked for no plastic bags / utensils (since they're only doing take-out and for environmental reasons, I don't want a bag and I carry around my own utensils). Dining indoors available, just no service which is fine. Sat down and waited for food which came out in less than 10 minutes. Piping hot food, really flavorful. Kabobs were a bit over-charred and chicken was dry, the other two meats were good though, really liked the grilled onions. Beef was super flavorful and juicy, really enjoyed that dish. Had both plates with salad instead of rice, which was a good choice. Came with hummus, lentil soup, pita, which were all delicious but the pita was a bit flat. Big portions and really tasty, would highly recommend the beef shawarma (would've given this place 5 stars if I only got the beef shawarma and not the kabob plate).

Overcooked meat. Pita wrap was not fresh, seemed like 2-3 days old. Spices not to my liking. They definitely don't serve the same quality food as 2-3 years ago. So looks like I'll pass on this place in the future and be eating Mediterranean food elsewhere.

Not as good as previously. Meat was way over cooked. Take out did come with a nice soup.

Awesome! ? The vegetable soup they give you with the meals is so fresh and delicious. The meal itself is so flavorful and well portioned. Everybody in the whole restaurant said goodbye to me as I left, that put a huge smile on my face and made me feel appreciated.

Yesterday evening we ordered via phone. We usually get the Gyro plate and something else. Nicole, over the phone, told us an entree came with fries and veggies. When we picked up our food it did not have it. We walked back into the restaurant to tell them there was a mistake. The cook was rude to us and Nicole the cashier lied about what she said on the phone. This used to be our Mediterranean spot of choice, but the customer service is terrible. We will not be recommending this place or coming here again. We also noticed the food has gone downhill. The pita isn't fresh, the prices are higher than others and you barely get any meat. They could have at the very least apologized for their mistake, but instead treated us poorly. Terrible customer service. Better go going to Bella Balducci in Kirkland.

This food is AMAZING! 95% of our meals are home-cooked and we often find ourselves feeling sick after restaurant food because all the extra stuff that gets added and it being less quality. We are so happy to have found this place! This feels like legitimately high quality healthy and super delicious food. They use so many yummy spices, like nutmeg in the falafel, that makes it even more delicious! Yay!!
