Quality food, fast service and a man name Trevor working thier was super nice to talk with and took the time Durning his break to explain McDonald's high standards for food quality and just died really great customer service. He engaged conversation with me like a friend more than an employee and that was a really nice feeling.
Ordered some breakfast. They forgot three items out of my bag. I spoke to them about my missing items and they refused to refund me them or give them to me. Beyond ferious with this mcdonnalds.
Basically it's a McDonald's. If you've tried one you have tried them all. McDonald's is known for its consistency. Pricey especially for being fast food. Might as well go to a restaurant that prides itself on a craft burger.
They need to clean the machine during closed hours ?. Coffee in the morning right.not here because they wait to clean the machine in the morning instead of at closing.i really need my cup of coffee. I had to go to 7 11.
It's pretty much like all other McDonald's. Curbside was very fast, though and staff was very friendly.
Y’all need to get your online order/doordash things figured out, i waited outside for 20 minutes bc thats what the manager told me to do but i was actually supposed to go through the drive through, thank you for wasting my time
This location is almost too convenient since I drive past it everyday during my commute. They are usually really busy, especially during peak hours, plus probably understaffed due to shortages, so be patient and kind to those that are working long hours. I'll usually order with the mobile app and wait in my car until they bring my order to me. I have nothing but respect for those working in this industry, kudos to them for working through the pandemic.
Took my son through the drive through this morning and was greeted by one of the rudest customer service representatives. The woman proceeded to snap at me when she couldn't hear my order through the speaker and then wouldn't let me repeat the entire order back to her (mind you, it was literally only 3 items) leading to me getting the wrong food. Whether you're super busy or not, if you don't know how to treat other human beings with basic respect and decency, don't work in a customer service industry.
Don't bother with this location unless you can do drive through. The lobby is closed one day but open the next, very inconsistent and inconvenient.
About the slowest drive through I’ve ever been too. While not cost effective, raising your own cow and potatoes might be faster. Would encourage management to hire staff so there’s more than 2 people there.
