McDonald's chicken sandwiches suck compared to Chic Fil A. Rather, they're not even comparable. Sauce coming out, thin patty, lack luster lettuce, low quality fries... list goes on.This store otherwise have friendly & hardworking people at the counter and that alone deserves 3 stars.

This McDonalds is pretty jank.The food is okay. Fries are kind of skimped, but the most egregious thing is that they really, *really* skimp on the soft drink syrup.I understand that some managers will (against their contract with Coca-cola) tweak the syrup/soda ratio to save costs, but, damn, the drinks are awful.If you must buy something, just get a sandwich, or nuggets. Or, go to the Safeway nearby.

At the current time the Kirkland location on 185th closes at 1:00 AM on weekdays. However, all postings at the store show they close a 12:00 AM. If you show up after 12:00 AM, it will appear they are closed because they also turn their menu boards at the drive-thru off at midnight! If you go to the speaker after midnight, nobody from the restaurant will ask if they can help you. If you don’t speak into the speaker, you’ll never get helped!!!! I must have said the magic word because I said, “hello?”. They then asked how they can help and told me they are open until 1:00 when I asked. However, they do not stay open until 1:00!!!! If you go to the speaker around 12:40 or later and say the magic, “hello?”, they don’t answer, at all. They quietly stop taking orders well before 1:00. What a joke!!! Management there clearly has ZERO business sense and doesn’t care how bad they look.

Mgr who was there March the 17th around 2PM was great...called in shortly after I purchased my food and explained that I have had incorrect orders 4 out of 6 visits...the last one being COMPLETELY incorrect. Explained that I hate to complain, but if I was the mgr, I'd want to know so that I could realize some improvement. She really seemed to care and told me to let them know the next time that I went through (which was March the 21st, same time). Manager at that time held up a very long drive through line explaining that their policy was to come inside and request a replacement with her directly (her name is Beth). I said, do you mean that you expect me to wait for five people ahead of me in the drive-through line and then go inside and wait again to be compensated for one plain cheeseburger... I wasn't requesting the other items that they got wrong. I said that I'd just pay for it, not a problem, but she compensated me (still talking and still holding up the line). I hate to take the time to bring this to someone's attention...but this person needs some serious training in customer service. I have found most people who work there to be very nice, thus three stars as opposed to one.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, I will definitely never come back to this McDonald’s! I would rather drive to kingsgate! The worst customer service and they couldn’t get an order right if their life depended on it.

I would gladly give this is a 0 but it won't let me. But the manager snatched to my receipt and crumbled it up when I told her it was the wrong order, low key throw my drink at me. And kept yelling at me and my friend to pull our masks up when we were eating but when she was packing people's food her mask was all the way down.

Just left drive thru. I got cold stale ? ? called to let the store know they failed me I spent $22.00. Tanya manager said sorry no refund you have to bring your half eaten food. Isn’t this a violation of a health code to bring back the half eaten food? Not to mention customer service and I was on my lunch break from the hospital I don’t have time to come back. Tonya was screaming at me interrupting me and all I got in during the conversation was stop interrupting stop interrupting she kept screaming snd finally hung up. I have phone call recorded and it’s Unacceptable service. #healthcode violations

Ordered some food. Got the order wrong twice. Oh well they tried. Lobby is closed so its a drive through only trip. Which sucks when they mess your order up. Twice

Was in the drive through for about 45 min, kinda slow for 2 kids meals and 2 big macs , they messed up the order in 3 different ways but since the older manager came out to check and help us for what we asked she did it for us & even walked out to the cad twice ? so sweet ?

Fry’s are never seasoned, cooked in old dirty oil no matter the time frame you come. Customer service is bleh. You can get betters fry’s and food from McDonald’s in the ghetto.
