Great looking place it was fun to golf here. But there was a couple things that just made the trip not worth it. First off the wait time was about 3 hours long! And we couldn’t get in till late in the day. Secondly when we arrive the employee took up about 10 minutes tee time just talking about the safety procedures. I understand you have to talk about it but it shouldn’t take that long. Thirdly we did find a piece of hair in our food, it put us on edge a little and made it uneventful. They did take off the food from our order but I felt like they could have handled it a little differently. I can understand it is a new facility which just opened but I feel like the professionalism wasn’t cool. Hopefully next time is better.
This place is amazing! The ambiance and atmosphere is just great. The only downside is we were on time for our bay and we had to wait an additional 25 minutes before they had it ready which shorten our 2 hour time to 1 1/2 hours which was a bummer. They did compensate us by offering to comp some of our meals so that was a plus. Overall, I will be back here. Loved it!
Went for a boys' birthday celebration outting. Made reservations, which are challenging to secure but if you're flexible on time you'll have an easier time. Had a blast with the golf simulation. Enjoyed the golf games more than playing the courses. The football game wasn't super accurate, but something different. Food was good. Had the brunch sandwich which was more than your average breakfast sandwich. Spent 2 hours which went by pretty quickly.
It was a nice experience until the end. The server was nice, but the managers there were very condescending when talking to us. We noticed a promotion of $10 off and wanted to apply it. However, we were not allowed to use it because of a role that was claimed by the manager Nicole and was not written anywhere. When we asked for an exception since there was nowhere saying we can’t get the promotion, the manager had very bad attitude. The attitude was very unprofessional considering we spent a decent amount for the visit. I hope the management can see this review and improve the guest services.
Food was good, but not anything else.I was here for a company event. When I left I had my parking ticket validated. When I was driving out of the garage, I was charged $9 for parking. I paid so I don't block everyone else that are trying to get home.I parked several blocks away and went back to check with Topgolf what went wrong. It appears that they entered one digit wrong from my parking ticket. However their manager didn't really apologize, and was only to be able to offer a $10 coupon for my next visit. I was not a regular and was not planning to revisit so I refused. After ~10 minutes of offering nothing else the manager took my email and the parking receipt, telling me he is going to email the building management to see if they can handle the refund.To be honest it is not the refund, but their attitude that made me leaving a one star review. First of all they were trying to cover things up by telling me "sometimes the machine is broken, you should visit the guards at the parking gate". Only when we looked at the parking validation logs we found that they put in the wrong number. They also mentioned to me that "you should not pay but press the call button on the machine", well I had a line behind me and I don't want everyone waiting, and I don't see any button apart from the pay button on the machine.I understand that we are all human and we make mistakes. A sincere apology would make me satisficed. Instead those they were trying to push the responsibility around and I didn't get even a "sorry" at the end.
Great place to stop in for a drink and some snacks. Nice bar and lots of drink options. Didnt get a chance to play golf but looks fun. My friends and I sat on the patio enjoying the sun. The wait staff was super attentive and friendly. Would visit again. Make reservations ahead for the games though.
You can play different games, and enjoy the time with your friends or family. My favorite game is zombie killing ?.
I have no idea why this place doesn't have a higher rating. The food is great, the drinks are great and the only thing about the game bays is sometimes the balls don't register. Everyone should definitely come check this place out and the full size Top Golf is coming this year down the street!
We'd really like to give this place a higher rating. The ambiance is nice, and the idea of playing games with friends while enjoying drinks and a meal is fun. Unfortunately, the couple times we've been there were multiple "glitches" with the computer software - frame drops, the games completely freezing, etc. Please upgrade your hardware to create a more pleasing experience for your guests!
So fun and the vibes but pretty disappointed we had to pay 20% gratuity on food (which is fine) but then also on the golf simulator (self explanatory)- tip ended up being huge for not much to show. Also, they promised a birthday photo, and a slice of cake… didn’t get it.
