This is my favorite brunch spot in Kirkland area. Coming in for brunch without reservation proves to be difficult so reservations are always a good idea. The view is really good, especially on those rare sunny days in Seattle area. I personally enjoy the outdoor seating and you can hear the water.Food is amazing.

Stunning setting, and great front of house service. Table service was a little bit slow after the meal but good at the beginning. The granola is excellent; very high quality yogurt and fruit and perfectly ripe. The croque monsieur was fluffy and flavorful, and really authentically French which I appreciate. In the past I've enjoyed the moule frites here but it seems muscles are off the menu most everywhere locally at the moment. The wild mushroom omelette is also a good choice for breakfast. They do not have high chairs (?) nor safe boosters - just strapless loose plastic boosters so be aware if you are dining with little ones it can be tricky if you don't have a stroller they can comfortably eat in if they are too young to sit safely at the table. They are frequently booked with reservations so if you can, plan ahead. The outdoor seating is first come first serve I believe.

The view from this place was beautiful. Never been to this part of Kirkland. Food and service was excellent. My partner fell in love with the food. We started our meal with their bread basket and calamari (then were told the calamari was sold out), so we switched to two plain cesar salads. The dressing on the salad was very light and went very well on the salad. The bread bowl came with 3 different option of bread along with butter. My partner loved his duck dish and the smooth deep colored sauce. Even though he is not a fan of brussel sprouts, he could not get enough of the ones here. They had a lovely smokey taste and were deep fried. Also the sprouts also came with some duck meat. I had there Seafood bouillabaisse, the seafood was so fresh and the sauce was very flavorful. Only thing we advised, the underground parking is not wheelchair accessible to the restaurant itself. You have to go thru another business and use their elevator to the correct floor. Cross thru that business than the open air court yard to arrive at the restaurant. Also one thing my partner mentioned, be sure to ask for all your leftover. His bread basket order was not put in with his leftovers. He was not too pleased with having his $5 bread bowl left out.

Not as Grand as we thought it’d be.I picked this place out to celebrate my twin sister and I 31st birthday. Our first birthday outing since lockdowns. We were all so excited to go to a nice dinner and celebrate / catch up with old friends. I made the reservation only a few days before and was super happy they were able to accommodate our large party of 13. They did inform me that if I had any more than 13 people that they would be charging me a food and beverage minimum of $1500 and limiting the menu, which I’m sure we spent close to anyway but I did not want my guests to feel pressure to spend any money of a certain amount, so I had to cap my group and tell others not to come (this was a bummer but very understandable and okay) I was happy to secure a reservation with the number that we had. The view was great, the table was also greatly set up, not crammed. I have never been here before despite growing up in Woodinville and being in the area my whole life. I was super excited for the food. And let me tell you the food was fantastic! We ate everything from the cheeseboard, to raw oysters, to escargo and steaks! We have zero complaints about the food. They also had excellent wine selection. We had zero complaints the whole time until the end. We were going to have shots post entrees. The server asked how many, I told him let me get a count because there were some sober friends, he came back a few minutes later to get the count and I told him 10 cosmo shots please. And then a few minutes later he came back and said I’m sorry I didn’t realize the bar already closed, I can’t serve you those shots. I’m gonna speculate a little bit and assume the bartender didn’t wanna to craft us such “complicated” shots because I did see him serve a glass of wine to someone eating at the bar just prior. He then asked us how we should split our tab up. And dropped the checks. We didn’t get last call. we also never got offered any type of dessert menu. They knew well before it was a birthday too. Such a let down. It left a very poor feeling amongst my friends. The server even had the audacity to wish me a “happy birthday btw” and I was like “thank you… so you guys don’t sell desserts or anything? because we didn’t even get a menu” and all he could say was sorry and said he could check with his kitchen staff to see if they could get us some desert or something, but for us it was already too late and there’s no way we were gonna put that on the kitchen at close. I work (and many of my guests) in restaurant management and I can also mention no manager table touched which is unusual. Nothing special for the double birthday. 13 people on a Wednesday night, we brought good business in for your venue. We felt pushed out, not something expected at a fine dining place. we were back in our cars 30 minutes after close. We also weren’t the last to leave. We came in at 8pm, did multiple courses, it took awhile to close us out, we didn’t hold up the staff or came in last minute either. Also a simple last call and dessert offer would have prevented the poor experience and review. One Star because honestly just having good service was all that was expected, (4.4 and $$$ on Google leaves one to expect a higher quality experience) this place is not a dive. Service wrapped up poorly and tarnished the memory. We easily spent $150 a person, the attitude of staff at the end felt classist. We were a mixed group and idk why we were snubbed at the end… I’m at a loss. I had such high expectations! The food was *chefs kiss*. My friends and the sunset made it beautiful. The poor end was enough for half of them to say they’ll never be back.

Lovely spot to grab a delicious meal while gazing at the gorgeous lake! Service was attentive and ingredients were quality. Ordered the Salmon Benedict (excellent) and the Le Grand Americain Burger (also delicious) along with a few of their dessert specials - the Chocolate Mousse and Lemon Tart (which was decent but not amazing). Will definitely be coming back when next in town.

It was perfect! We had a brunch there and view was great to see the marina and taste the delicious foods at the same time. You can park your car in the garage and get a validation. After brunch, you can walk around the marina to enjoy the views. We felt going back to normal again ? We ordered many different items and all were great. French toast is soft and delicate. Coffee cake was warm and super awesome with side sauce. Egg fhings are great as well. Burger was ok. Avacoda toast was very nicely paired with fresh aragula salad. We will definitely visit again

Lifesavers! After being blown off by a nearby restaurant (where we had reservations!), we stopped in here for a bite to eat for my birthday. The difference was night and day. The host greeted us immediately and asked us to wait for just a minute while they cleaned a really nice table (view) for us, since it had just been vacated. We were then ushered to a very comfy booth. The drink menu had lots of fun offerings - I enjoyed the honey lavender sidecar. The main menu is classic French bistro - onion soup gratinee, steak frites - and it's very well executed. I had a beet salad for my main course that was amazing, with big cubes of beet, Marcona almonds for crunch, and goat cheese. So much deliciousness. Our server was very nice, attentive but not intrusive, and everything was paced nicely. We were offered a dessert menu, and when the lemon tart we ordered arrived, it came complete with a birthday candle - they had overheard it was my birthday! The dessert turned out to be complimentary, too. I couldn't have asked for a nicer meal and can't wait to go back and enjoy more bistro fare!

I’ve been here once with coworkers in 2019 and didn’t leave with a notable impression…only to have accidentally returned to give it a second chance. We started with beignets - which were fantastic - but things quickly went south from there. I ordered a wild mushroom omelet, which I did not realize had goat cheese. But having made my reservation on Resy, specifying that I had a cheese allergy, I did not expect to experience such negligence when I ordered food. After our orders arrived, I was confused by the white “sauce” in the omelette and took a bite. Almost threw up. I have a severe reaction to cheese and had not anticipated this. I flagged down a waiter to help me see if we can get the order replaced; he was very nice and said that they will “remake” the order for me. HOWEVER, when the dish came back, I’m 90% confident that they just opened up the returned omelette and tried scraping off the cheese, and repackaged it to bring back to me. I couldn’t eat the rest of the meal, having obviously lost my appetite. As a last effort to redeem this restaurant, I ordered a lemon tart - a favourite dessert of mine - to help cleanse my palette with some citric flavour. What a mistake. The crust was as thick as a brick. The curd tasted days old. My soul cried. The only reason I’m giving a generous 2-stars is because the view is pretty nice.

This is a regular place for our family. Views are great, servers are very personable, and the food is usually perfect elevated bistro fare. The best seats are at the booths by the windows, but the bar is a fun counter too. The waiters sometimes speak french to our kids, and makes it quite welcoming. Between Como next door, and Le Gran Bistro, we are lucky to live close to such great dining. I will say my number one in Kirkland though is Cafe Juanita. It seems like some of the other reviewers leave ratings to complain that dont offer a complete picture of a place, you won't go wrong here.

Delicious food and great views. Really appreciated the heated outdoor dining
