Visiting from California, we found this place through Yelp. The food was really good. I had the lemon grass pork vermicelli, and the other person I was with had the chicken Pho. The service was friendly and the food was well priced.
The place changed owners recently and their food is getting better. We tried their new pho, Bun Bo Hue and the grilled pork banh mi- banh mi is good. Their combo now includes fries, you can choose normal fries or sweet potato fries. They even give us a small cup of simple broth/soup to have with it. Surprised that I can taste pate in their banh mi!- the pho broth is one of the best I have ever had. It's slightly sweeter than what I normally want but it's super tasty. I actually can eat the pho as it is, don't need to put hoisin sauce or the chili sauce for this pho. Might just need to squeeze a bit of lime to make it better. They now offer only one size for their pho.- Bun Bo Hue: very flavorful and tasty broth. it has the right cut of beef and pork, but not pork knuckles. I wish that they could make their sate spicier then it'd be perfect! You guys need to give this spicy beef noodles a try!Overall, I'm so happy, my wish is fulfilled! Finally, there's a place to have decent Bun Bo Hue in the Eastside. Will definitely need to come back more often for Bun Bo Hue and try other food.
Mary is awesome! She suggested Zucchini noodles with beef broth as an alternative to noodles and honestly it changed my life haha. I eat at this pho house twice a week! The apps are delicious and both quite meaty - wings and crab rangoon. 10/10 would recommend and as another friend said, this is the best pho on the east side!
A handful of appetizers and staple pho options with plenty of add-on options. Bowls were a hearty size and perfect for a chilly, rainy day. Glad I stopped here on my drive through Kirkland. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere; left satisfied and full.
I went here for dinner on a Tuesday night. The green bean appetizer was perfectly cooked. I had the roasted chicken pho and it was outstanding. The broth was so good I ended up drinking it more than eating the noodles. The roasted chicken also had a lot of flavor. The portion size was generous, I took home half for another meal. I'll definitely be going back!
Two weeks ago we had take-out from Pho House, it was delicious. Went back tonight, menu had changed and the meals were not good. Terribly disappointed. Not sure what has happened, but quality has disappeared. Darn!!!
Great location and great food. I only wish there was more staff to make the experience seem less.
Love this place. It's a little harder to get to after they moved locations, but so worth going.Their sandwiches are my favorite, so give one a try.
Good food and I hate giving a bad review to a restaurant that has good food, however as of Jan 8, 2022 they did not check us for vaccine cards for dine in and had unmasked employees. Both of the servers were masked however both of the people preparing food were unmasked. Frustrating that the servers who greet you are masked and you have to go near the back to see the unmasked employees.
I was very happy to find these folks. I missed them at their old location. Same smell, same friendly staff and same great pho.
