I stumbled upon this place because it was close to an appointment I had, and it's such a gem! The burgers are amazing-- I had the guacamole burger-- and it was probably the best burger I've ever had. They offered gluten free bun options, which is great, and They allow shake combos. I got Oreo, and it was fantastic. The fries are amazing, and you get a ton of food for the price. It was ready quick and was hot and delicious. Very friendly staff, too! I'll definitely go back!
Always a great experience, very accommodating to food allergens, and genuine service. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this place! They’re tasty and a great quick bite.
This place makes one heck of a tasty burger. There are many menu choices but we had the classic cheeseburger and onion rings. The grilled onions on the burger were a nice touch and added just a hint of sweetness. The cheese had a nice creamy melt to it. Even though this was just their basic cheeseburger, it was packed with classic burger flavor and wasn't too small. The other star of the show were the onion rings. They had the perfect amount of crispness to them and tasted like the fry oil was fresh. They were a delight to eat. I would go back to this shopping mall just to eat at Joe's Burgers. The mall itself needs to add public restrooms but otherwise has some interesting shops and restaurants. Joe's was definitely the standout in our visit.
Pretty decent place! Burgers are nice and juicy and perfectly cooked! Fries are nice a crispy and not soggy at all!
Went to the Beaverton location. So sad because I've been wanting to come here. Let's start with the girl working behind the counter. I ordered a Diablo dog with light mustard and onions. When she brought it out she said it didn't have light mustard on it and would I like them to remake it? She said it was ok if I did. I said yes please and thank you. She grabbed the container and stomped away. As she was walking away I asked if she could just do no mustard please. And she didn't acknowledge. When she came back she literally tossed the container in front of me and I said thank you twice as she stomped away. I called out to her and said directly to her THANK YOU she said.. yah... Now.. on to the food. Barely cooked hot dog and practically raw bacon!!! It's like the pulled the dog and threw it back together with barely any chili on it. It was GROSS!! She basically made it so I would never come back. Poor attitude and needs to learn some customer service skills....
Hands down my favorite place to get a burger from Bellevue to Bothell. The bread is always SO FRESH, the meat is just right and their Joes sauce is the holy grail. My family loves getting tater tots from joes as well, we all fight over them so i end up ordering tons of tots each time we go. Their milkshakes are delicious and my kids love their corn dogs every once in awhile. I would highly recommend this place for a burger and tots. No doubt its one of the best places to get a burger, 100% blows burgermaster and fives guys out of the water. Wow. There entire menu tastes really good, I go there often and I’ve never had something close to a bad experience. Chicken sandwich, hot dog, multiple type of burgers and so much more is what makes it hard for me to make a decision because like I said there entire menu is really good. I would like to thank whoever opened and put that place there, 100,000 times. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody, they even have vegetarian and vegan options as well. I hope they never leave and if they do I will do whatever it takes to bring them back.
Second time here and it never fails. I had the Black/Blue burger and fries, super delicious. I also got a mint, fudge shake, so yummy. The staff is super nice and helpful. The only downside is outdoor seating only, but when it is nice out, it is a perfect spot for a burger.
Good burger and fries, soda and shakes available. Nothing amazing in my book but like I said, it's a good burger. I've eaten there a couple times, I'll be back. It's more about the fact there aren't many food options at this mall and convenience.
We use to love this place. Been a few times and it was awesome. I'm changing my 4 star review to 1. Went on January 7 2022. The chocolate shakes taste of overly strong chemicals initiating a gag reaction on taste. We dumped them. The fries tasted like they were made in weeks old rancid oil. The hamburgers at least weren't repulsive as they were absent much flavor at all. We tossed all the food and made dinner at home. So disappointed that they've changed what they were doing as this place use to be good.
