Came in 45 minutes before closing to get two sandwiches. Guy at the register seemed extremely annoyed that we walked in. He didn't say a word to us at all until we asked for a combo and he didn't care to ring it up as one. I grabbed chips because I asked for a combo, he then proceeded to act even more annoyed, and asked "you wanted chips?" then proceeded to ring us up again. The dude was on his phone the entire time. Food was fast but service was real douchey. The rest of the employees seemed nice.

Freaky slow. Not sure what the deal is with this branch but every time we've ordered online it takes 40 minutes+ for delivery, and we're less than 2 miles away. Also, we once had an order dropped at our door that was intended for another customer.

Sandwich was decent. A bit pricey considering you can buy all the ingredients for half the price. Also, the ice machine was broken when we were there ?

NOT freaky fast delivery. I understand everyone is understaffed, but this situation grounded my gears:I placed an order at 1:30 for as soon as possible. Typically, orders arrive to my place of work within 10-15 minutes, which is amazing!At 2:05 I called the store to ensure that my order wasn’t lost, and that it would be delivered within a reasonable time frame, as I had meetings at 3pm and would not be able to eat.They assured me that my order was sitting there already prepared and ready to go, and would be the first one out as soon as a driver got back.My order was not delivered until after 3:15 (I was in meetings, so my coworkers received it for me and, knowing how long it was taking, noted to time).I filled out the feedback form on the website, as I don’t think they should fulfill orders if they are that understaffed, and they certainly should not have not assured me on the phone that my order would get to me very soon, as it was still over an hour later. I received a response that they were forwarding it to the franchise owner, and then crickets. I let the corporate person know that I didn’t receive any communication from the franchisee, they assured me they would reach out again, and then still nothing.1.75 hours is the slowest delivery service I have ever received from anywhere, let alone somewhere that claims to be “freaky fast.”. I’m disappointed and annoyed that they still charged me for my order that I wasn’t even able to eat because it was so late, and won’t even respond when their corporate office (apparently) reaches out to them twice.

I guess freaky fast delivery means taking longer than any other place in the area to deliver. Don’t bother

Ordered lunch for 12, order number 6163863895998465. Tracker says my order was delivered to my house but it’s been 30 minutes and no one has delivered anything. I’ve attempted calling the store 4 times and it just keeps ringing, not even an option to leave a voicemail. I would like a refund as I have already made alternative lunch plans.Update: went in to the store, the lady who I believe is the manager just brushed me off, said she would void the transaction later. There was no apology or no offer to make it for me right there and then. This is my last visit to this location, absolutely horrendous customer service. I have also contacted my bank to reverse the transaction as I don’t believe they will stand by their word and void the transaction.

I scheduled a delivery for a meeting at my office and they are over 30 minutes late. What’s the point in allowing a scheduled delivery if you’re not going to be on time?
