My online order through their website/app was missing an entire sandwich, (half the order) When I called the store the manager to find out what happened, they didn’t have any answers and said they don’t have drivers right now and I could come pick up the rest of my order. That is not acceptable. Very poor customer service at this Kirkland location.Update: 3/19/22 I have since reached out again for a refund and after one month it was received. Thank you for making it right. However, I will not be back.
Staff were kind and doing the best that they could with the huge number of orders. Counter was very unclean and I even saw the staff slip on the oily floor. Gloves were not being changed between sandwiches or tasks. Receipt thermal paper was in direct contact with the sandwiches. I know this is not a problem with the teenage staff - surely the upper management does not know how to pay and educate their staff properly to ensure a safe and healthy food prep/work environment. The sandwich tasted good, though.
Staff aren’t skilled enough to modify sandwiches. Didn’t realize leaving onions and peppers off a sandwich was so difficult. Simple task not done by simple minds.How it should go > no onions and peppers please > okay > *doesn’t put onions and peppers on* = great job! You can perform simple tasks!!!
Friendly service and deliciously made sandwiches. I would definitely recommend them to others and would come back again.
Waited almost 15 minutes to get my sandwich, and watched while they made many call in orders ahead. When they were finished with my sandwich it was handed off to another customer. He was getting ready to walk out the door when they realized it wasn’t his. They told him it was mine and the guy walked over and gave me my sandwich. Complete disregard for Covid or anything. Didn’t apologize or say anything about their mistake. Didn’t offer to make a new sandwich. Since someone else who we didn’t know if he was sanitary or not handed it off, I would expect they offer to make a different sandwich. Terrible customer service by the kid working the shift. He seemed spaced out and his body language and manner was careless. I have been to many different Jersey Mike’s locations, and have to say that this place has the worst service of any. Everyone is typically great at Jersey Mike’s locations but not this one.
Love the friendly staff at this Jersey Mike's location. It can get pretty busy during the summer, but they are fast and efficient.

I ordered online but when my husband brought it home, one of the sandwiches was incorrect. I called and THE OWNER delivered the correct sandwich to my front door! Amazing customer service, Tim and his staff are the best!
Good food. Decent prices and within walking distance of work. Reg sandwiches is $12+
