For being a “Fast Food” restaurant… they are ridiculously slow. You would hope with the lack of speed that your order is at least correct, but that is never the case either. If they ask you to pull around to the front, because you order isn’t ready. They will completely forget about you and your order and go on serving other cars, with no sense of urgency. Been disappointed in this Jack in the Box too many times. Last time I was asked to pull around, I walked inside to check on my order. I was told “I need to be patient they had other customers to serve.” By the time I got my food it had been 14 minutes since I ordered, and the order wasn’t even correct. I proceeded to tell one of the staff that I was missing items. With no sense of urgency, again, she got the rest of my order and while handing me my food informed me “that I am never to come back in this store again”This Jack in the Box has failed too many times for me. I will no longer be wasting my time at this location, possibly any location. I didn’t need to be told to not return, I just don’t want to return.
Overpriced compared to other locations. Employees would rather be belligerent and call the police on a customer waiting for a doordash order, than to actually prepare the order. Lobby was closed had to use drive thru, was the only one in line when I got there and a line of 5 cars was behind me when I left as they started to prepare orders who had ordered after I told them the name of my customer I was picking up for rather than prepare my order for some odd reason. This lead to them asking me to pull to the front and me refusing to start my car again to move it to the front of the store to wait out there for 20 minutes instead, after already sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for the person who was in front of me to get their order I figured saving gas was the right move since it should've been out any minute after I had already been waiting for the one person in front of me. There is literally 0 reason the people who pulled in after me should've had their orders being prepared before mine. Would've been a much faster resolution if they just prepared the order rather than waste police time to come out there for nothing. Happened on 5/10/22 at 10:30pm. Very unprofessional but what can you expect from minimum wage workers who are clearly frustrated with having to do their job.
Driver through person has tremendous recist . Really rude and disrespectful! I really don’t know why are you hire this people, if you hiring this people could be close your store! I just getting there this morning! I do have coupon . I give to him! He just shack his head! What that mean? Don’t like I have coupon? Ok! If you don’t like , you don’t need work this job
Great for midnight munchies but if I am ordering meals for 5 people why am I only allowed 4 sauces! I have to pay for more! Why not 2 or 3 per meal!
Solid ordering experience. Friendly employees. Food was all hot and fresh. Got exactly what I ordered. Great experience.
Food was cold.... Burger was barleyedible this was during the lunch rush even old lettuce no cheese on all my tacos poor service never going back tired to call that just let it ring off the hook I gave up never going back they don't need my money matter of fact id like the $21.74 I just wanted there
Slowest JitB i’ve ever been too, but I’ll be damned if any other location drowns my Chicken Tater Melt in cheese sauce like they do here
I don’t know if this applies to all jack in the box locations but the food I got here was low grade dog food and looked absolutely nothing like what was pictured. It’s surprising that they can get away with it. On top of it all it was outrageously expensive. $12 for fries and chicken sandwich?! I’ll pay a couple dollars extra and buy local. Who on earth would give this place 5 stars???
Somehow ordering the #6 turned into the #13 (which, coincidentally, was more expensive). They even wrapped the sandwich in an Ultimate Cheeseburger wrapper. And I don't normally care about wait times, but 10 minutes for a wrong order... I know you're always supposed to check your order before leaving, which is on me, but still!
I ordered two tacos no sauce and the lady thought I said sausage supreme? After she got it right I ordered two more tacos. She abruptly gave me my total before I finished ordering. I told her I also wanted large french fries. She deleted the last two tacos I ordered and still put taco sauce in my order.
