Ordered food via UberEats. After accepting the order, the restaurant "adjusted" the price and increased by more than 20% without asking me. This prompted me to cancel the order. However, the restaurant claims that they have started to prepare the food and I will not get money back - all within a minute of accepting the order.Definitely not ordering from here. Likely they will add additional changes and you will be stuck paying that.
Amazing place with great customer service and delicious food, definitely worth trying
The quantity is so little and plates that were supposed to come with salad just had barely any fries in it.For the picture of the sheesh ta wook we already ate the rice. But mostly confused why there were just a couple fries instead of salad with no notification to us.Taste is not bad but compared to other Mediterranean cuisines it’s a rip off.Compared to the pictures on here I expected better.
We arrived on a Friday afternoon to find the restaurant empty. Quantity of the food is less but food is decent. Really kind staff.
Really authentic. Nice and generous owners. They often throw a dish or more for free. Tasty food and great overall experience.
The food is really good and the cook/co-owner is incredibly kind; she offered us some corn muffins to go with our lunches. We'll be back!
Had koshari and my mum had lamb shank. This place has a home feeling. The ladies working are so nice and kind and I’ll definitely go back. Food is a 10/10
The owners were so nice. The food seems very authentic. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I loved the rice. The bread was super good, but.. bitter(?). Just a unique flavor, no real equivalent. The chicken was hit or miss, the leg was great. Finally, the salad was fresh. It is really a culinary adventure. I will try more on the menu. Good and unique (at least in the USA).
Very nice people and very friendly. The place could use some more decorations and better tables and cooler, make it like Egypt we love Egypt, I never met an Egyptian I didn’t like. I never went to Egypt, hopefully one day but I want to have some ambiance that it feels like it. Also, my wife suggested to offer some ordoeuvres like some bread and fava as a starter. Also, we ordered different plates, they all looked the same except for the meat. 4 stars because I am hard to please and I really want this place to get better. Also, I am saving my 5 star for the next time I visit and see the improvements. See you next time.
Excellent choices for people who eat egg-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and wheat-free! The people here are very friendly and the food is very delicious. We will come back again. Don’t forget to order the hibiscus drink too!
