Xian cold noodle is our favorite one and is very healthy. The colorful dumplings are really surprised me, which I can't find anywhere else. The chef must make those dumplings with true love :) The place is nice and neat. We will come back to try more.
Ordered from doordash first time. The handmade-noodles is tasty and fresh. It is not too salty or oily, but in a good balance. I personally like it. Hope they can keep this good food quality.
My father saw this store in Kirkland in the Seattle Times. We decided to try our dinner here. We ordered the most popular pork belly noodles. The staff thoughtfully asked us how spicy noodles were. It was a comfortable environment, and we played food programs. I liked this place to bring my friends with me next time.
DELICIOUS. There was no line, and the restaurant was clean with a period drama playing on the TV.The food came quickly and every dish was shockingly good. The pork wontons in chicken soup were silky, with cilantro and seaweed in the soup. The pork potstickers had a tiny bit of broth inside, and were quite tasty. The star of the show was the spicy hand shaved noodles with pork belly. You can choose your spice level, but it still comes with a strong floral “numbing” flavor from the Szechuan peppercorn oil either way (which I love). The sauce had nearly raw minced garlic and plenty of chunks of pork belly.I took off one star for portion sizes. Three dishes, for our party of two, and we were both still wishing there was a little more. Especially for the entree type dishes (wonton soup and hand shaved noodles). 6 wontons, or 4 (albeit large) noodles seems small, especially for the prices. That said, the food was delicious and we will most likely be back!
We saw this shop famous from the Seattle Times. This is a Chinese restaurant with a good environment. Many delicious food and appetizers, especially pork belly hand pulled flat noodles, and chili oil cucumber are delicious !This trip is not in the wrong place. Treasure Shops,I will take my child and wife to eat.so good to try.
I like the noodle and the wonton. But the quantity is small. 6 pc wonton is 8 dollar. The noodle is special. It is like the Biaobiao noodle. My friend tried the gong Bao chicken with rice. It is excatly the same thing as the Trader John’s Gongbao chicken. It is ridiculous. If anyone want to eat Gongbao chicken, jus go to trader John’s.? it is cheaper and has more meat.
Hearty fare with generous portions. Chilli oil hits the spot after a day on the ski slopes.
dumplings are so delicious and the owners are wonderful
enjoyed the long and chewy pork belly noodles. the scallion pancakes were chewy, different than others, and now my favorite style. thumbs up to chive pork shrimp dumplings and fried buns. liked the beef potstickers but will get a different filling next time.
Omg their dumplings and green tea is so good also love the tempura shrimp. The staff is very nice, place is always clean and its pretty cute inside. If you're ever in the area Definitely give this place a try!!
