This place is such a ridiculous epic fail, they close at 3:00 in the middle of the day, every day, I hope they go out of business.

I was super excited to try this place. We got the "What about Barb", salad and "Soy meets world". Both salads were fantastic,refreshing,fresh, and had the perfect amount of dressing. I was not super thrilled about the price of the salads, however I got to say... it was worth it. Superb taste and healthy..cannot beat it!!! The staff were all super friendly ,efficient, and on the speed game. I highly recommend this joint if your looking for quality, taste,speed, and healthier eating options???
Good fast service, quality salads as usual. Pricey which would bring the expectation of better availability of ingredients (they had several out of stock, including grain!)

Easily, one of the best salad cafes I've been to.They have a set menu of available salads/wraps/grain bowls available. But, you can also build your own bowl adding whatever you want from their expansive list of options available.I opted for the make-your-own-grain bowl with brown rice and a ton of veggies. They have an interesting choice of dressings as well. I got the lime garam masala and tamarind dressing! It was a big bow of salad and was enough to feed two hungry people following their ski session. So yay!They validate your parking ticket. There is a lift that takes you right up to Evergreens. A must visit if you're someone who loves looking out for healthy and yum options around!

FYI, it’s upstairs (see photos). Also FYI, Evergreens is freaking bomb. The salads are always amazing. Finally a great salad option for on the go. And I love the color when you get pickled onions and carrots. Add bokchoy for added health benefits and crunch that you hardly know is there.
