Delicious food. Hardly anyone in there had to keep requesting the waiter to come check on us. Otherwise, it was a good experience. Just recommend the staff to check on the customers more often.

I don't understand, why shades that cover windows, makes you stare at the direct Sun and why people sitting outside have to fry under the direct sunlight. Is the chain operator so cheap to think about it? People have to suffer? Food is hit or miss. Soup dumplings, other than chicken are great. All cooked dumplings are not worth it. Appetizers, cucumbers and seaweed are great, the rest so so. Didn’t try anything fried.

Food is a hit or a miss. Overpriced for what it is. On the plus side, service is good and staff are friendly. Here’s what we ordered:-Green onion pancake: Not great—dry and bland. It isn’t hard to make one that tastes better, as this is an easy comfort food.-Spicy Beef Pancake Roll: Beef was overly salty and not much other flavor. The roll (which is essentially a pancake turned into the roll) is also dry and bland.-Fried Wonton w/ Spicy Garlic Sauce: tasted somewhat cheap and processed-Dan Dan Noodles—decently good flavor, though the portion size was very small-Cold Noodle w/ Szechuan sauce—again, good flavor but small portion size-Pork Xiao Long Bao—quite disappointing. Somewhat dry without much soup. Also was overly salty, which masked the other flavor it might have. We wanted to try the ones with crab soup as well, but they were sold out at 7pm.Q-Bao (Pan-Fried Pork Buns)—Really good. Succulent, nice seasoning, not overly salty. This was our favorite item we ordered.Bottom line: A few items were great; most leave more to be desired, especially considering the price. Most things we ordered (and perhaps on the menu) were overly salty. Go to Din Tai Fung instead for better food at close to the same price.

I have been to this Dough Zone several times now, and I've found that they are quick and efficient and the food is always good. However, this location in particular always runs out of their chicken soup dumplings. On at least 3 occasions I have ordered the chicken xiao long bao and have had to order something else because they were out.I don't eat pork so it's disappointing that I can't enjoy the food item that I am most looking forward to when I go to Dough Zone.

New Dough Zone location much like all the others. Loved the service here though, went above and beyond. Extremely friendly workers and chatty - though it was partly because of our large group. Food here was much more fresh and hot than other spots so definitely had to wait a bit before digging in. Other spots aren't "unfresh" or anything, but you can tell the difference here especially as food is delivered as soon as it's ready.Party of 9 visited and enjoyed everything. As the staff dropped our food off, they happily chatted with us, asked about what we did occupation wise, wanting to join our friend group, wanting to join our table, etc. Loved that energy and their willingness to chat. As we left they jokily said "see you tomorrow" so I definitely wanted to come back, but it was a little out of the way,Ordered the broccoli for the first time ever at Dough Zone as a joke but pleasantly surprised. Nothing spectacular but helped cleanse the palate and make us feel healthier. Steamed well and served with a tasty sauce.I make note of this every time, but the House Specials are where you want to be looking. Sure there's dumplings that you're aware of beforehand including the XLB, but the House Specials are fire. Beef Pancake Roll and Pan Fried Beef Cake are some of the top items at all Dough Zone locations. Filling, tasty, and everything you could wish for. Best bang for your buck while also being more unique items you don't see everywhere.Besides that, the Q Bao is always a hit. Q Bao and Pan Fried Beef Cake are similar but also different at the same time. Q Bao is softer (white bun) with a crisp bottom whereas the Pan Fried Beef Cake is crispy all around.Order everything. Or one item from each section. I don't know what to tell you besides be ready, be hungry, and have fun digging in. Also Dough Zone gets a higher placement over DTF in my books all things considered (value, price, whatnot).

I placed an order online at the Kirkland, WA location on April 23rd, 2022 at about 7pm and picked up the order about 30 minutes later. Upon arriving home, I noticed I was missing a dish so I attempted to call the store. A person by the name of Tommy picked up the phone and as I explained to him I was missing a dish, he said, "That's great." and promptly hung up the phone. I thought it might have been a mistake so a minute later, I called back and Tommy, the same person, picked up the phone and I explained I was missing the dish, then was promptly hung up on again. Under no circumstances, this is acceptable. We have been Dough Zone customers since they opened their first store, but will no longer be.

Clean, new location. Underground parking with validation available. Flavorful food. Super cute, sweet, fruit tea presentation.

Friendly service, food tastes great.

Delicious food, great service! So much food and all was so good. Our server Thomas was very patient and sweet.

If you're looking for amazing Dim Sum, then I highly recommend Dough Zone! Everything we tried was amazing and perfect for family-style dining, including the desserts, and you can order multiple times so you don't feel like you missed out on anything. The staff were super friendly and never hurried us along, despite us staying well after closing (we didn't realize the time!).
