As a boba-te lover, I highly recommend this place (No hidden fee, tax is included in the price lolz). Must try classic ruby black 25% sugar .Remember before order:- Owner doesnt speak english :( so he couldnt answer your question (I guess that's why people may think he's rude?) . DIY!- Dont forget to add boba (+$0.5).

I ordered a brown sugar fresh milk tea from DIY tea lab and this is what I received. The packaging looks nothing like what is advertised on doordash and all I received was milk and barely any brown sugar. I called to ask about this and all the employee said was that sometimes when it sits the brown sugar sinks to the bottom. I told her yes there is some brown sugar at the bottom but nearly nothing at all. She replied saying that she doesn’t know what to tell me… very disappointed in the service that was provided here. Beware.
This boba shop has a somewhat limited menu compared to nearby places. The fruit and classic teas are good, but my experience was that the milk tea and brown sugar fresh milk were disappointing. The brown sugar fresh milk is essentially milk with about 2 tbsp of brown sugar syrup — definitely not enough for the amount of milk. The boba itself has good texture but isn’t especially flavorful.
Very slow and poor service.Ordered for 1:15p pick up. Didn't finish until 1:45.Upon arrival, I said I'm here for pick up and first response, no English. I said order #X and he still didn't understand. Showed my reciept. Then he showed me one of my 4 drinks r that was ready. Had to wait for 20iah minutes for other drinks.
If I can give this place ZERO STARS I would! I paid with my credit card and the machine didn't print out a receipt. The worker thinks I didn't pay so he refused to give me the items I wanted. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. I advise all to avoid this place too!!!Addendum after seeing the owner's response:The transaction didn't go through because I called my credit card company and told them what happened!!! SO THE CREDIT CARD CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION.
I had ordered 3 bubble waffle (2x Pandan and 1x original) to go. I brought it home to my wife and two daughters and headed to the gym. Within 4 min, I got a call. That they were feeling ill and took 1 bite and it tastes spoiled.I went back to them and asked for a refund. The high school kid is not who I fault.This is clearly on the owners, they need to check for quality and make sure food safety is taken seriously. Not sure what has happened to this location, as compared to other locations but the reviews point to absentee owners with no clear focus on assuring quality and food safety is a top priority.I would avoid this location completely for now.
The only person working there couldn’t speak or understand any English which is fine it is what it is but maybe have at least someone on staff that can answer any questions. There weren’t any ingredients listed for their drinks, just pictures so I just winged it and the drinks are completely inedible, but I couldn’t ask for a refund or a drink change due to the person not being able to understand me. Super upset I just spent almost $15 on two drinks I can’t even bare to drink they’re so horrible.
Guy working there was rude. When trying to order he directed my son to his self order. My son didn’t know how to use the machine. He ended up ordering 10$ of toppings since he was confused. When I asked him how I could fix it he just brushed it off and said it was too late while still making the drinks. I ended up with 3/4 cup filled of toppings in each drink.
