The level of incompetence and lack of care from employees at this store is absolutely appalling. Employees want 15+ an hour but can't even expodite orders correctly. The food was cold and old. The chicken fingers were like cardboard, the fries were old and they didn't even give me the extra gravy that we paid for. This place is poorly managed.
I rate DQs on their peanut buster parfait and these guys did it right!! Perfect amount of hot fudge, peanuts and ice cream
I went to order a snack with my daughter on January 24, 2022 at 3:10 pm and there were two male employees who answered the microphone who treated my daughter very rudely... I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! !!!!!
This is my favorite DQ in the area. The woman running the lobby register (the manager, I believe) was very smiley behind her mask and super accomodating of my custom order. She was almost as sweet as the milk shake she made me. The restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms were clean, which (if you work out of a fleet vehicle like I do) you remember well!
We got our food except we didn't. I had ordered a side of extra fries, but when they gave us our order, they didn't not put in the extra side of fries and in my friend's order, they put in a wierd sauce instead of ranch which he asked for. The food was as expected, nothing more, nothing less.
Very friendly staff, clean environment, and one guy was so sweet and insisted on buying my son a Blizzard because it didn’t come with his kids meal.
I think their soft ice cream is a bit to runny, but I will try again.
So I don't know what's up with this location but it seems very out of sync.The main culprit appears to be a young Person working the register. He just can't seem to get it together and get my orders correct. Doesn't seem to know what he's selling either as he referred to my #6 meal (a chicken sandwich) as a burger 4 times. I had to keep asking him about it and he never realized what he was saying. I finally had to stop him and explain to him that I was not ordering a burger. Should I just hop the counter and do his job? I think it would have been faster.The first time I ate here he also gave me the wrong size fries and drink. But I didn't realize it till my 2nd trip when the large size fries and drink was way bigger than last time. Please retrain this guy.
Chicken?strip?basket and warm queso sauce is a terrifically unhealthy and delicious cheat meal. The mini blizzards with strawberry and oreo are a great treat.There's a reason the line is long. You get what you expect to receive. However, this fast food restaurant doesn't make me regret my choices as a human being after the fact while I get ill.What I didn't love were the things coming from the staff through the window.Word for thought... more people speak Spanish than you think. Nice to my face at least. ?
