Never mobile, online, or phone order to this location. They’ll use it as an opportunity to skimp on ingredients. Half the time they won’t let you order in the store anyway.Your order will either be late by up to 15-60mins+ (cancelled an order before because it was over an hour late), contain less than half servings of every ingredient, not have half the ingredients, or just flat out not your order.Avoid this location. I’ve never had even an on-par experience. I will no longer eat at this Chipotle.
I already knew this location sucked, but today just warranted a bad review. I mean wow!I ordered 2 chicken bowls. The guy loading was definitely high, and incredibly slow with his movements. He would ask what I want, I tell him, and he stands there "computing" for literally 15 seconds everytime. There are 3 employees behind him chatting away and not working, chicken is literally BURNING behind them.I ask for some salad dressing... they are out of stock. I ask for lettuce and he says "I'll throw away the rest of this lettuce and get you some fresh lettuce" but then comes back and says there's no more lettuce. I look at the to-go station and ask if he can take some lettuce from there please. He says he can't because it's for the other customers. The cashier lady is looking at me scared that I'm going to start complaining but I keep my cool. Just pay and leave. I don't feel like I should have paid full price for this meal. I didn't even get what I wanted on it because there was no lettuce and no dressing, and the chicken had actual charcoal on it. It was BURNT. I really want a refund on this one
Sadly this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It’s the closest Chipotle to my house but I will start driving the extra 10 minutes to go to another location. The past 5 times I have been here there has either been a 40 minute wait to order in person or your mobile order is 30 minutes late. I understand that finding staff is hard for everybody but half the time there are people in the kitchen area not doing anything and only one person making orders. I have gotten used to the orders taking a while so I started taking that into account and placing mobile orders and coming 20 minutes later than it estimates and still having to wait. They are also consistently out of ingredients which would be fine if the app let you know but most of the time it doesn’t and your order will just omit things. Also mobile order portions are half of what you will get at other locations. Just do yourself a favor and get food somewhere else in Totem or go to another Chipotle location if you really want their food.
I will drive out of my way to never go to this chipotle again. The online orders are never right and if they happen to be right they’re at least 15 minutes later than promised. I once sat for over an hour waiting for an online order while no one was in the regular line and they wouldn’t allow me to just go stand in line to have my bowl made. They didn’t end up making the order before closing time and I gave up and left. Don’t waste your time coming here.
This location is ran very poorly. Arrived there at 10:50 the other day and they were not open yet. Fine, no problem. After waiting with a line of people, I ask for a steak burrito bowl. Steak isn't cooked yet for the day. I choose something that is available. Then I get to the register. I pay with cash. The cashier tells a manager that I paid with cash like it was a problem. Then the manager comes over and in front of myself and others becomes exasperated at the audacity that I would pay in cash. Not sure what's happening here but most establishments like when customers pay for something.
I ordered online. Supposed to be ready at 6. I sat for 30 minutes and watched as customer after customer in line got their order. The excuse was they ran out of steak. We didn't order steak. Taco was ice cold with the wrong kind of taco shells.. Burrito bowl also had missing ingredients. I have eaten a LOT of Chipotle in my life. Easily worst experience ever!
I've always been happy with the food. I get the sense that Chipotle cares about sourcing fresh quality ingredients. My poorer rating is based on two specific things:Unless you arrive at off hours (e.g. 3 pm), you'll be waiting in a long line. Often there is only one person assembling an order, allowing things to get really backed-up.At this location, I've had multiple visits where items were out but only once was I warned before starting my order. It creates an awkward moment when, partway through an order, you are told you can't get what you wanted.
(Mobile App Order) I have ordered from this location at least five times and each time it has been at least 15 minutes late. It has been as many as 25 minutes late. To add insult to injury, the order has been wrong twice! Could it get worse? Yes! The staff is not very friendly and they do not seem to care too much that they are way behind on mobile orders. It’s not the end of the world and it’s not worth getting upset over, but it is worth mentioning. Despite all of this, the food is good (when correctly done)! Additionally, the young woman with the purple hair has always been friendly unlike her colleagues that are short and profane. But I digress. If only I could order the quesadilla in person rather than exclusively on the app. The line moves rather quickly in person - that is probably the way to go in the future.
I keep giving this Chipotle location a chance, but it’s more misses than home runs here. Placed my order via app, but when I arrived to pick up, it was not there. I was told that it was “stolen” and they would remake it. They remade the order, but didn’t tell me they were missing ingredients for my order. I found out when I got in my car that there was no rice and no lettuce, so I want back and showed them. They said if the ingredients are not in my order, then they wouldn’t add them… but they were clearly in my order. They told me to throw the bowl away and they will remake it. Good thing I didn’t throw it away, because the bowl they remade was missing ingredients again— no beans, no salsa, no guac. What is going on here?? It’s a sad sad experience.
Let’s get this straight I have been going to chipotle all over the country for 10 plus years now. And This is hands down THE WORST Chipotle I have ever been too. Between the constant long wait lines (due to slow staff or focusing too much on To go orders), slow/ skimpy staff, and the fact they’re always out of food/ ingredients it’s just too much.
