I never get a full order of fries. Even one of the employees acknowledged that other customers have complained about it. I am not expecting the fries to be overflowing but it should not be half full. This is the only location where I experience this. And it is happening every single time I go. I shouldn't have to order a large fry to get a medium order.Customer service is always 5 stars.
Delicious, first time trying it and it was everything I thought it would be and more! The meat was so thick, soft and juicy, the breading was perfectly crisped! I can recommend the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich to everyone, and don't forget the fries.Really nice staff that helped us on a friendly & warm manner. Can't wait to go back one day!
This location has gotten my order wrong 3 times in 7 days. 2 of them were on the same day. I went back thru the drive thru yesterday and they got my order wrong again. The staff is nice and try to make up for there mistakes, however I do not have the time or patience to deal with the incompetence of this location. This location is not worthy of my money or aggravation and I will NOT be back.
My 1st time ever eating inside. Always went at the drive thru. I went ahead and ordered at the counter and wow. The service makes you think of fairmont or some fancy place . After placing my order i got the plastic thing to set on my table so they know where i sit when they bring my food out . Food comes and i said thank you. Server replied ( it is my pleasure sir) ,again wow! He takes this plastic thing that he handed me when i placed my order goes to the counter and thoroughly sanitized it before handing it to the next costumer. I watched him do it 3 or 4 times over . This made me feel good again about eating food cooked by someone else . And the chiken of very good as well .
Always a great meal! Quick ordering. Friendly staff. Parking lot is a bit small. Ordered a breakfast sandwich with hash browns and a sweet tea. All were great. If you’ve never had CFA the waffle fries are the bomb. Add some CFA sauce and it’s heaven!
Excellent service, fast, hot and accurate even tho is always crowded. Staff very nice and polite all the time.Definitely coming back every time I'm on the area and highly recommended.Thank you all for your great attitude you all have made my day. I really appreciate it.
I had an excellent experience at this Kirkland Chick-fil-A today. The drive thru is staffed by two people, standing outside, to expedite the flow; one to greet you and take your order and collect payment via wireless devices. You then drive forward and wait briefly. Another employee calls your name and hands you your order. They have the best-trained, genuinely gracious staff in the quick serve industry. My fried chicken sandwich and waffle fries were hot, fresh and delicious. I pulled into a parking spot in their lot to eat it in the car, since dining rooms are still closed (COVID-19). I wish their buns were better than the typical squishy stuff, but otherwise A+ all around.
I LOVE this place. Easily in my top 3 go-to fast food restaurants. The customer service is outstanding, the food comes fast, and the food always tastes fresh. Could you ask for more?My favorite entree is the spicy chicken sandwich meal with a lot of chik fil a sauce on the side. It never had failed me.
There’s a big problem with whoever is fulfilling the orders. The label clearly indicates that the order wasn’t supposed to have breaded chicken, but grilled chicken and no cheese. Last night my wife had one of these salads that came without the dressing, which she requested specifically.
