Our squad usually come here to play blackjack. It’s a Thursday night and the small bet table had no player. They told us we can wait for a dealer and we waited for an hour, seeing two tables with no players but dealer still standing over there. They prioritize table with potential player (as they said the player will come back but we waited for an hour not seeing them coming back) and kept active player waiting. Also, When a group of ppl coming into the casino, a manager level lady said “who’s calling their friends and should put out his/her phone”. Horrible customer relationship management and terrible customer services.
Food is usually good. I wish that had better IPAs on tap. Didn't gamble.

The wait staff is very friendly and they always remember our favorite table and our group's order. It is refreshing to have such great service.
Sitting at the bar watching golf, waiting to play poker. Only 3 people at the rail, waited 20 min for a drink, bartender sees me but it feels like I'm suppose to go to her. So I do. Not friendly, okay having a bad day.I go back to my seat, finish my drink and push it forward so there is no doubt I'm done. Now she walks by me several times. Says nothing, I'm totally invisible to this lady. I see others getting drinks but they are flagging her down or waiting where she stands, mid bar. Nobody gets asked "can I get you a drink?"I'll go back to her now to get a beer. Good poker room, impressed by Cameron floor mgr.Edit: Does anyone else hate the canned copy paste business reply? It would be better to say nothing than be so obviously insincere.
This service on the poker side is absolute joke. The food and drink prices went up after the new ownership took over. If you want to order anything then good luck trying to get a server that doesn't have attitude.
Great place to play some cards
Casino refused to cash out chips. Management is rude and disrespectful to guests. It's amazing that this place is still in business. I'll report to Washington gaming and let them deal with it.
The food here was disappointing. $40 for burnt wings that is saltier then the Atlantic Ocean and these nachos are totally soggy. I literally cannot eat these wings they are so burnt and salty. Save your money and go to Taco Bell. Their nachos are better and a fraction of the cost.
