Honestly wish I could give less than 1 star.The place looked dirty and poorly managed. Didn’t feel too welcomed either, though that’s not even the reason I felt the need to write this review. Ordered two matcha lattes, one hot and one iced. BOTH drinks were extremely watered down and we could only taste the milk. The drinks were only a hint of green, obviously being stingy with their “ceremonial grade” matcha. We went across the street and dumped out the drinks to recycle the cups so we could make some good out of the experience. We had better expectations for this place because of the other reviews, highly disappointing and a waste of money.Biscotti wasn’t impressive. Too me it was too thick and borderline stale but some may like the thickness.Music was good!
I am been there twice for TooGoodToGo orders. The first time is a wonderful experience, the waiter packed the order ahead, I picked up in one second and there are 4 bread. It worths the amount it shows in TooGoodToGo’s app which is $12. Then after one month, today, I made a order again. The waitress didn’t pack the order at all before I came and only gave me 2 bread and 1 cookie. So after I checked the pack, I went back to store asked her whether I should have $12 worth food. She said that’s all left for today. I asked whether she should pack ahead or don’t sell it at TooGoodToGo if there is no left over. She answered with silence. And I asked her whether she can give me a drink as a make up. She said no with a very very bad attitude and said there is only less than $1 difference. Now I know why this store’s rating drop from 4.9 to 4.4 in just 1 month on TooGoodToGo.
I did this "end of day" food app where you pay for stuff they have ay the end of the day. I ordered the day before and got all the way there today and they just said sorry, we don't have anything for you. I was perturbed because they can contact you in advance and I wouldn't have had to waste my time to come all the way there. When you have a 6 week old and a 2 year old, it's not easy getting out the door. It was going to be a fun little treat for my toddler and for me. Grrr
Just had a latte….worst coffee I ever had… like milkshakes
They misunderstood half of what we ordered and were rude. The staff didn't apologize or try to amend for getting the order wrong. On top of that, when my son started to cry because he didn't get what we ordered, the staff complained about the noise. I'm not sure how staff that doesn't know how to take orders (like confirming what the customer ordered) or in general how to deal with customers ends up behind the counter.
Gr8 customer service. Great tasting coffee. Will definitely return.
I love this place! Coffee was excellent and I loved that they had a vegan berry muffin choice for me and it was really good! McKayla, the barista, was so kind, helpful, and patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted to drink. Cute environment as well. There are seats outside of you can sit inside with vaccination records.
Mocha wasn't my most favourite item..but hot chocolate was decent...friendly and attentive staff
Good coffee and breakfast burritos. Right besides Marsh park.
