Our wait person, Kristin (so?) was fabulous and we felt so pampered!!

Incredible dining adventure - what an excellent experience for a special occasion.

Cafe Juanita is a very special restaurant that never disappoints and always amazes. We are still talking about the Wagyu croccante we had last night. A traditional croccante elevated to the ethereal. A thin slice of house rye bread with fermented butter and tissue paper thin slices of Wagyu that had been marinated in shallots, a vague sprinkling of egg yolk, citrus fern and maybe nasturtium created a complexity just beyond clear recognition. With this and other courses you were left wondering “how did she do that?” The magic is not in a simple list of ingredients. My memory is still haunted by a course I had years ago. A glass of Ransom Gin on ice and a spoon of blackberry compote to add to the gin accompanying grilled rabbit livers with sage. So, yes, the food is exquisite, the wines wonderful and the service flawless but the real joy of Cafe Juanita is in how long it haunts the mind.

The best meal we have had in the 17 years we have lived in Seattle.!!

This is an exceptional restaurant. You will taste delicious food prepared in inventive ways. The service is friendly, professional and never obtrusive. The setting is sophisticated yet casual. It is, for my budget, a special occasion restaurant. Perhaps you are lucky enough to enjoy it more often.

As usual the food was fantastic and the staff were welcoming. Until we move to Northern Italy this is the place to eat this wonderful cuisine in the Pacific Northwest

Everything was over and above our expectations, 10/10 recommend!

Food is fabulous. Service is great.Wine Director Alex Stang is a gem.

Holly provided a very special meal from start to finish, with amazing flavors and preparations that exceeded our expectations. Bravo to Holly and Staff and to server Kristin for an excellent evening.

Tasting menu was amazing and well paced. Some amazing wines in wine pairing. A pricy night out but the best dining experience in terms of quality of ingredients and service Seattle area by far.
