Could not recommend this place more to anyone who has an allergy to milk or is lactose intolerant. They have always asked me if I have any dietary restrictions and is always kind and accommodating. Plus, their oatmilk teas are the most delicious teas I've ever had! If you like strawberry, I highly recommend the Strawberry Milk Tea with Oatly!
Bobae was extremely delicious. I ordered a customized lavender tea which was suggested for relaxation. It was light and refreshing and it was just what I needed. Love the aftertaste. I could tell it's a high grade tea. My husband ordered strawberry hibiscus lemonade and he was so impressed with the taste. We came back after a couple of days and ordered the same drinks cos we enjoyed them so much! Thanks to Josh for preparing the awesome drinks and amazing service! He explained thorough with a huge smile what was in each drink when he handed it to us. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely friendly and customer-focused. I also purchased hoodie sweatshirts for myself and my kids and we all love them! Such soft and good quality. I ordered more to give my friends when they visited Seattle for the first time and they enjoyed wearing them. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
All good and trendy, but price is going higher and higher. Is this the boba inflation in 2022? Original milk tea (nitro OG) large size with boba came out to be $7.50. Sad.
I love Bobae❤️ Crew are very kind and awsome! Drinks are always good, I go bobae like everyday. I am like obsessed with bobae.. Such an excellent place, I hope Bobae does very well!
I'm probably missing something, but their sapphire moonlight tasted very artificial and was too sweet.I might have got a bad batch, because the restaurant is rated 4.9 stars from 100 reviews as of May 2022.---EDIT: Above one is an honest feedback as a customer who've tasted boba teas from various stores. I'd also said I may be missing something, or might have got bad batch.I'm still sticking with a one-star review, as the response from owner saying customer "should know what lavender flower tastes like before making claim", or "wants to take down a small business" is not a de-escalating behavior.The server didn't ask the sugar level when placing the order, like in other stores. Also, the drink is not sealed like in other boba tea stores for easy shake which owner recommends.

Great place to stop for a drink and macaroon! Friendly and welcoming customer service and in a nice location. They explained their ingredients and recommended drinks for us based on what flavors we did (or didn’t) like and I could see they had an upbeat attitude with each and every customer while we waited in line and waited for our order to be ready. It is a bit pricey, but I recommend you to check it out and treat yourself.
Was driving pass the front lake area and saw this so I decided to give it a try. The staff was extremeIy helpful and friendly in explaining each section of the menu. I tried Nitro Jasmine Silver Tip Green Tea. Definitely can taste and smell the jasmine tea which was very nice. I would say that the topping add-on is more expensive than other place that I've been, and for the size that it served in I would think that it'd be in a bigger cup. So for milk tea, it was a nice beverage although a bit too pricey for me. For the friendliness of the staff, the location, the cute decoration, its all A!
Super cute and understandably busy place. The tea is yummy, matcha smooth and boba is sweet. But my favorite part are these cute messages that the staff leave on the cups, I really think this makes the whole experience a bit above the rest. Thank you BC&T staff ❤️
Bobae Coffee & Tea has a fun beverage for everyone! Seriously, skip Starbucks and head to Bobae. Want something refreshing? Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade (with or without the Boba). Want something hot, Thai Tea (again with or without boba). They always have some sort of special drink going on too. There are so many aaaaaammmaaaazing options that you will have to keep going back to try them all. The staff is so nice and friendly and are happy to explain anything and everything to you. This place is pretty popular so if you are in a hurry you can order ahead online or using the Toast app.
