Steak was undercooked and raw and sockeye salmon was flavorless

Waitress was fabulous and food good. 4 stars because we had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation for a table.
We have been coming to this Anthony's Homeport since 1993 when we first moved to Seattle. It has always been consistent with great service, beautiful views, and quality, beautifully prepared food. It's a classic, comforting reliable restaurant that we will always return to.
Anthonyâs hasnât changed much in decades. It is better than average fare typically served with decent service in a nice, waterfront setting. Truth be toldâ¦a bit boring, but a formula that works. Not 5 star sauces, etc.
Disappointing...we had an 8pm reservation on a Sat night. They close at 9pm so felt rushed to make selections and wasn't a relaxed evening. It was my husband and my first trip to Anthony's and our friends were raving about the place so thought it was going to be a wonderful experience. Our Food came out super fast. My scallops were overcooked. Fried oysters were good. Jasmine rice pilaf is bland. Clam chowder excellent. Overall not what we expected and the other folks in our group had been there before and they were underwhelmed also. A plus is they had salmon on the kiddie menu.

Our dining experience at Anthony's was excellent. They said they were short staffed, but we never noticed because of the great service and fantastic food. The hostess offered us a choice of tables. We both had the Wild King Salmon which was cooked perfectly. Our server, Kayleen, was incredible. Very professional, personable and friendly. We highly recommend Anthony's in Kirkland.
Parking sucked. Had to park on the street several blocks away. No underground parking available.
