Hello I’m a big fan of wing stop and I support all businesses , today I went to this busy location in kent station , Im big on having patience & being kind to others. The general manger or lead shift manger was training a new hire , the new hire was doing great it was first day which I completely understand what sadden me the most was watching this same general manger be so harsh and nasty to this beautiful new hire she was rushing her and making her so uncomfortable where the new hire had to let me know she’s a new hire . Nobody should have to feel that time of pressure and be embarrassed in front of customers This general manger needs to be fire if she can’t be nice to her own employees!!
I never tasted bad food before when it comes to chicken. I told my sondi not ever order any food from wing stop
I put an order online mango habanero and spicy Korean Q when I get home my wings are dry I called the restaurant they told me that I need to bring him back I don’t have time to go back 6 miles for a mistake that they did it in the beginning
The food tastes very delicious! If yiu want wings quickly, you should order ahead of time. If there isn't much people, yiu can expect a 16-21 minute wait, but if there's more, it's very likely you're going to have to wait around 24+ minutes. But the food is very worth it! Although the quality of the chicken makes me a bit sick to eat there, I just forgetabout it. Be careful of feathers in your food! (Rare to happen, but there's always a chance ?)
Who doesn't love wings, huh? But chicken is also high in saturated fat and cholesterol so our family eats chicken takeout only once a month. Best and most convenient wings in Kent.
The last three orders I placed at Wingstop were wrong.. I ordered today I asked for 17 atomic hot and 8 hickory bbq. I received 17 habanero mango bbq instead of the atomic hot.When I called they first agreed to the credit but first wanted a picture, so I texted a picture she started arguing with me via text. Showing me a picture of atomic hot sauce but atomic hot isn't a sauce . I told her it tasted like habanero and mangos it was a sauce not a rub. She keep telling me I was wrong. The Atomic hot is a bright orange rub and the habanero mango is a sweet and hot sauce. I know what I got was not correct. After her telling me I was wrong again I just said I'm not going to debate this further if you don't believe me then I'll stop doing business there.
Two Stars because the food is good, but they’ve forgot stuff on our order. And instead of making it right, they said...they put two orders in one container. They forgot to hand delivery guy the drink, and one of the veggie trays. Then, tried to act like it wasn’t their mistake. I’ve been ordering from wing stop for years, I know what’s-what! And the Kent Wingstop, always drops the ball. If you want Wingstop, drive the extra miles (or request), southcenter wingstop for delivery! Southcenter Wingstop, stomps on Kent’s.
I'm gonna be honest... this place has the rudest employee that I've ever encountered in a restaurant and she seemed to be either a manager or training other employees, I told her that she got my order wrong and asked her a question and she said "Thank you and walked away" I asked again and she continued to ignore me, we were in the middle of talking and she was less than 2 feet away from me looking right at me so she obviously heard me the several times that I spoke with her but decided to ignore me. I've never had a restaurant worker where I tell her my order is incorrect and her answer is to ignore me saying "Thank you" and walking away like she couldn't care less. I didn't catch her name but she spoke with a Hispanic accent (nothing against Hispanics as I am Hispanic myself) and she seemed to be either the supervisor or training the other employees. I also feel like I should mention the way she was training the other employees it wasn't what she was saying but the way she was saying it in a very nasty condescending way not a teaching or training manner so she also could of just been a very bossy employee instead of a supervisor but I didn't stick around to find out I honestly just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible and away from that negative environment and her nasty attitude. I was very interested in trying wingstop as I had heard good things about them but after my 1st visit I wont be going back with the horrible experience I had. I could understand if maybe she didn't hear me but this was not the case she deliberately was being rude to customers and employees. I've been to every restaurant within in this complex more than dozens of times except for wingstop and they are all extremely nice and professional so this was a shocking experience. I hope she was just having a bad day because if not I feel really bad for the other employees that work there and have to put up with that all day long. Sadly after reading other recent reviews I can see other customers are having the same issue as I did with lack of any customer service at this location...
If we ask for well done frys please just give us well done frys. These things more soggy than wet bread
Called in multiple times and was told I couldn’t place a big order over the phone, ( I wanted the 100 pc combo) after trying to place order online without success.(not sure if the system was down. But it wouldn’t let me add items to my cart) So my husband went into the store to place and pay for the order for later pick up. He sent me a copy of the order receipt, noticing that they had gotten the order wrong he went back the cashier and explained that the order was wrong. After confirming that they knew the flavors we wanted for our order he left the store. Only to later pick up and realize that they had in fact given us almost 40 of the 100 wings plain without any sauce. On New Year’s Eve. Now don’t get me wrong I understand mistakes happen and this was clears a mistake but every time I called that day and up until today when I called to let them know what had happened management has been so rude and u cooperative . The wings were also hard as a rock and flavorless.
