I did a mobile order and they’ve told me several times kind of hatefully that I had to pick up inside but then when I do I now have to wait…then get told I CAN pick up in the drive through. Thought ya know it happens no big deal. Gave it another chance and they forgot food this time. I called just to let them know and maybe get my money back for what was missing. When they answered I asked for a manager and she proceeded to yell at me saying to call back later then put me on hold before I could say anything and hung up. I tried to call back and they wouldn’t answer this time.Horrible customer service…
Ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait in the drive through. The website pushes the no wait in line benefit. Also supposed to have the order ready when you get there. Drove there and door is locked to pick up my order. No notice even though parking spaces labeled for mobile order pickup. Finally, drove around to the drive thru window and was told to get in line behind 2 other cars even though I ordered and paid 20 minutes before. Backed around the cars and waited 15 minutes for 2 cars to be served. Order wasn't made and only excuse was they were short staffed. Need to modify the website info then!
PLEASE READ!!!!I’m giving them a rate of 5 stars not because I had an awesome experience yesterday. I’m giving them 5 because I want to get this out to as many people I can! My daughter and I are currently experiencing food poisoning!!! SO DON’T GO HERE! I never felt so sick in my life. This is the first time were experiencing this and I already ruled out Covid by taking a home Covid test. So please don’t go to this Wendy’s. They have horrible drive through service. Always backed up. They always leave stuff out of your order. SO PLEASE DON’T GO HERE!!
Coby has excellent customer service. Wow! I was really impressed just now at 10:23pm picking up a Uber order. Thank you Wendy’s for hiring such a respectful, young man. He was AWESOME during a busy drive thru time.Update 2/8/22 @ 6:45pm’ish I came to this Wendy’s to order a kids meal and in the drive thru waiting for the line to move after ordering I get a alert for Uber to pick up a order. When I approach the pickup window and let the window worker know she talks to me like it’s my fault my phone pinged late for a pickup. Ew! Who hired her? Somebody needs to teach this girl it’s not what you say but how you say it? Too aggressive, her tone was not nice and just all around Gross ?My 5 star review will definitely be taken back….
They don’t fill my drink to the top.I ask for two different sauce and they gave me something else. Give a talk to your crew members
Large order through drive through for 6 people missed 2 of the hamburgers. But food was decent.
Worst Wendy’s ever!!! Ordered online to carry out. Get to store and door is locked even though sign says could go in to pickup. Called and lady was such a b-word…yelling and telling me to go thru the drive thru that was atleast 10 cars long. Very unprofessional people working there! Never again will I go here!
The owner needs to have the entire parking lot drained, as the whole thing is like a swimming pool with the recent heavy rains, and according to an employee, has been that way for TWO WEEKS! I didn’t think to take photos, but should have.
Fast service. It's cheap food but it's not bad for what you get. I tried the spicy and original chicken nuggets. French fries are not bad either.
