They changed the cashier to ordering on a tablet. It took much longer to get the order placed than if there was a cashier. The food is great but this really ruined the experience.Response to owner reply: I tried to order at the cashier and they turned the computer around to have me order on screen myself. I was just communicating how the experience was diminished because of this. I also didn’t say or imply I wanted the business to fail. You’ve lost a customer due to poor public relations but good luck.
I LIKE about: Sandwich was good, interior is nicely designed and clean!I DON'T LIKE ABOUT: wouldn't go for pho soup again , broth was really greasy or fat, meat not good in soup. But the worth thing is small cheap plastic spoon! Not good for the pho...
I wanted so badly to love this. Ordered from Doordash for lunch the Keto Beef Pho. Does anyone like these noodles? I would have preferred to just have the broth, meat and veggies but even the broth didn't taste good and the meat was tough and chewy. It was nice to see a Keto option, however this one was two thumbs down.
Came here for lunch last week. Had the vermicelli bowl with tofu - it was pretty good! Lots of tofu, which was great, although I didn't love the flavor of the marinade. The rest of the bowl was super tasty. On the whole I thought the portion sizes were a little small for the price. The thai milk tea was absolutely delicious and came with a reusable cup, which was pretty neat. I would come back here and try some other menu items next time!
Ordered on Ubereats:I guess their idea of steak pho is 3 pieces of meat and about half as much broth as you usually get from any other place. After about 4-5 bites we have ended up with 3 bowls filled with noodles... and nothing else . I guess thats what Vinason thinks $67 is worth nowdays ( $93 if you include uber fees)
This is my 4th time visiting and my previous reviews were a 4/5 but today it was the worst experience> the young lady at the register was overly rude (racist) idk but she had me wait 10 mins when i arrived before taking my order, she and another worker were putting orders in bags and not one customer came in to retrieve when I was in there so the rush was not needed. She could have taken my order and went right back to it. Then she was rude regarding masks. Also i had cookies in my hand for another order as i told her i was placing two separate ones, she made a point to ask if cookies were for other order like i was attempting to steal. Then she rudely told me she cannot take $100. Then my friend who the 2nd order was for was paying with her card and put it in machine and she rushed her to complete purchase. Now the line was 3 people deep but when I came in no rush or urgency to serve me. This my last time coming here I cannot believe how rude and arrogant she was! Food is good and place is clean too bad service sucks when the male is not there!
Was out for lunch and looking to try something new. Went to the Kent location and was pleasantly surprised. Step inside and you find a clean modern vibe. I chose the Vermicelli Bowl with pork. The food was served within minutes of ordering, and was delightful. Lettuce and veggies were very fresh, and the pork was flavorful. Thoroughly enjoyed this. You order and pick up at the counter, and prices are reasonable for a good size bowl. I'll definitely stop in again!
