Today we went to this restaurant their service is terrible, no forks/spoons/knives. Bring your own utensils. No need to overate. We wait 40 minutes at least because that lady forgot order for us, When we finished eating, I said to ask your manager to come over. The woman said she was the boss, but she just said I'm busy, She can't even say I'm sorry. No more come back.
I have frequent this place for their Won Ton soup but it has "evolved" the last few years. They usually just add bak choi, then spinach and now nori. It does alter the delicate taste of the soup.The stir-fries are ok as usual. We ordered the honey glazed pork ribs, walnut prawns, and garlic string beans.When you hear honey glazed pork ribs, you normally envisioning nice chunks of riblets with the glaze. The actual dish was randomly chopped up fatty, boney rib ends, deep fried in batter, and tossed in sweet sauce. Taste still there but the lack the meaty chunks.Walnut prawns are mostly lumped together with the sauce drizzled on top. Good but can be better.The garlic string beans with dried shrimp (can't see any) were our favorite. Sweet, salty, and crunchy. Can't stop eating.Because of these reasons. the lack of finesse and execution, I only rewarded 3 ☆☆☆.
I visit this Resrsurant 3 times do far ! My Family like the food there . Food there is ok to my too. But the Service is bad . The wait staff attitude is unprofessional , for 3 time I dining there . None ( not one time ) they come to our table offer the service . We need anything we have to find them and ask for what we need . They act like they fo us are favor . I don't know how the Owner or manager trained that wait staff ??? Is it 2022 !!! You think put the food on the table is all serving all about ??? I hope they improve soon . Learn from another place .

Amazing Yangzhou style fried rice, very authentic restaurant DONT come here expecting Panda Express “Chinese” food because they don’t specialize in that. If you are looking for more authentic Chinese food this is the place. Although it was so busy the front lady was very nice.
Updated review:The quality of the food went down the hill since my last visit before the pandemic. I ordered two main dish, both of them are undercooked with terrible taste. The preserved meat with rice in clay pot is under cooked, rice is overly dry and uneatable. The seafood tofu Claypot is also undercooked without any flavor.====================================A typical Cantonese restaurant hidden inside 99 Ranch mall at Renton. Food is Ok, price is right, service is fast and courteous.
I ordered spicy Mongolian beef, basic and easy. I've ordered this dish many times in other places. First time that my dish was 80% onion and 20% beef, literally looking for the beef through all the onion. And I love onion but it was basically an onion dish. On top of the beef not being flavorful or spicy. Over priced and service was bad. They basically tried rushing us out with take out and not dine in, meanwhile some people that spoke the language where allowed to stay and sit to eat. Another dish we ordered to be spicy was also not spicy at all, they just put a couple drops of Sriracha on it.

Wanna make a explanations for many complaints I see from American visitors. As a Chinese people that come from GuangDong province, this store is a very traditional GuangDong( Cantonese people ) food. It was good just like in China. It is one of my favorite place to go to.If you don’t like the food you order DOES NOT means they made it bad, it’s just not your taste lol. Stop blame restaurant didn’t give you free food since you don’t like it. ?? you are an adult now, pay for your own decision.Just don’t come next time, or pick something else. Food are good here, but maybe just not your taste.
Good restaurant for Cantonese style dishes. One of my favorite there is the roasted duck. They roasted fresh everyday at the restaurant and having it out at about 11:30 am and 4:30pm. It is the best when the roasted duck just out the roast pot.
