Do not recommend at all! When I got home I noticed hair strands tangled in my food. Filed a complaint thru their website and they stated they do not have anyone by that description. Implying that all their workers must not have hair. Company did not want to take accountability and resolve the matter. Highly suggest taking business elsewhere unless you want to eat food with hair that isn’t yours.
I placed an online order and ordered the Roast Beef, Turkey and Cheddar 6 inch with pepper jack cheese added. Upon arrival I informed them that I was there for a pick up and was told it would be 4 more minutes. They then proceeded to take the orders of and make the sandwiches for 4 other people. 7 minutes goes by and I get my sandwich and head back to work. Sandwich had no pepper jack cheese. Bread was not fresh and very dry. Very skimpy on the meat. Not pleased but these things happen. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.
Love their sandwiches and soup. My daughter loves the soups so much. We haven’t tried other stuff yet but I’m sure those are also delicious! I love the bread that they use, it’s so fresh!
On 3/3/2022 at 7pm went to this store. A young man was the only server behind the counter. Me and the customer in front of me talked about the mask mandate. The young man behind the counter seemed to be agitated. They left I stepped up to the counter and ordered 2 pastrami sandwiches. The young man went to the freezer started to pull out the pastrami meat. Then he put the meat back and turned around and said we don't make any hot sandwiches the last hour. I said oh really so you mean I am a few minutes to late. He said yes. I left with no food. I called corporate and found out that was not true and he was reprimanded. So was this young man just being lazy or was this a political thing?
Ordered online, sandwiches were almost done when I got there. Pleasant staff.
Pretty good sandwiches! Definately not skimpy on the meats and avocado! Decent price for the size of sammich. Ingredients were fresh. Will go back next time I am in area! I ordered the california turkey sandwich.
I will always eat here, great service, great food, just walking in confuses my taste buds on what I want, so I always get 3,#PhatKidHappy
Dining area in a disaray. Supplies stacked in the open. Dead plants by the register. Sandwich maker pulled out brown guacamole and put on sandwich as I watched sandwich being made. Disappointment.
Only place with pastrami left and only one in Kent. Need more locations than just the one so I can get good pastrami samdwhich.
Dining area had supply stacked in it. Front counter had dead plant by the cash register. Just a yucky experience. Nothing special didn't have restrooms wouldn't go back.
