Ordered over $30 in food in the drive-thru. When I got home I saw they forgot half my order. I had to drive back to get the rest of my food. When I asked the manager to remake my whole order, because it would be 20 mins old when I got home...she said she wouldn't...because I didn't bring the food back to exchange it. She lost two good customers, because she wouldn't just make their mistake right.
The store that we visited posted a sign stating they were going to close early (02:00pm) due to lack of personnel. We arrived at 01:30pm, so we made our order. That particular store also closed their walk-in customer lobby...so the only way to get your "Taco Craving" satisfied - means you order and pick-up via the Drive-Thru only, and before they closed up for the day.This is the "new normal" that we must abide by... it's NOT the fault of the workers, it's NOT the fault of management, and it's NOT the fault of the store franchise owner.So put yourself in the shoes of the personnel that you deal with...how would you handle yourself if you had to deal with "Self-Entitled" jerks that think what is happening in the retail world, is everyone else's fault, and how dare you interrupt their ability to get what those people want at anytime they want it and want it without any delay...The experience was what I expected, we ordered, got served promptly, and everything we ordered was given to us...and yes, the hot foods of our order were freshly off the grills and fryers and were hot...All-in-all, we were served promptly in a friendly manner and the food rated above what we expected...My thanks go out to the personnel who kept the store open as long as possible in order to serve good food to the public...

Ill give it 2 stars because the service was fine, but the food was so bland that I wish I had gone to taco bell instead. And taco bell sucks. 17 bucks for the worlds most whitewashed, mediocre burrito and some okay tater tots? No thanks.
I misplaced an order online so they legit gave me a free meal basically. Super good customer service. Will continue to eat here going foward. Forever
Usually this Taco Time is great, not too busy, good service, but yesterday I went through the drive through and made my order which included a pinto bean burrito and at the window they repeated it back to me wrong, saying a beef burrito, so I said no it's pinto bean and they were like "oh yeah, that's what we have for you" and when I got home it was a beef burrito. Literally lied to my face because they didn't want to remake the burrito. Seriously?
Food quality seems to be haven worsen. Annoying to need combo for restroom.
Exactly how I like it every time I go. Their tots are great with a little hot sauce and ranch.
