I have had a good experience at this Taco Bell they haven't screwed up any of our orders which is excellent. The only thing that I could think that knocks it down to a three out of five stars is that they still have not opened their lobby even after all this time. Covid shut downs started 2 years ago this month, and even after our authoritarian government opened everything back up this restaurant has continued to keep its lobby closed unlike other Taco bells which were quick to open. So hopefully you don't place a mobile order ahead of time for lobby pick up hoping that you could eat indoors.

Every single time I've ordered from there in the last 3 months they forget one or multiple items and still charge for them. If you ask them about your missing items they tend to go in the back and stare at the wall either waiting for you to leave or look for answers to come from the wall rather than simply giving you what you've paid for. Terrible service.

These employees hate their lives. I guess I would to if I was in my late 20’s early 30’s working at a Taco Bell and couldn’t make a basic order right. I usually give fast food employees a break when they are rude but these people straight sucked. If management reads this my experience happened with nightcrew working morning of 2/27/22 at 1am

Usually pretty good but if you're gonna charge to add tomatoes and then charge for extra tomatoes, should at least be able to notice them...

We do not eat meat for religious purposes and they gave me a meat sandwich, I should sue them for doing this. They fooled us. I took pictures to the sandwich and I am going to sue them.

The service is trash. Ordered for 3 friends and they DID NOT get one order right. Such a waste of time and money. Save yourself and enjoy some taco time ??

As good as it gets. Service was fast, friendly and correct. Otherwise, it’s Taco Bell. What do you want?

Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes during normal business hours. When I got to the ordering window, the server said. “We’re closed now.” I asked, “Could you have told me before I waited in line for 20 minutes?” Instead of giving me the decency of a response, he shut off his headset and dimmed the lights. Is that REALLY how you treat people? Waste their time and don’t answer to it? My bad for simply wanting something to eat. Apparently, that’s asking too much.

This is me and my partner's go-to place whenever we don't have time to make food after work. We were always met with great customer service (quite surprisingly). A few hiccups from orders, but they always followed through.

I was about to order at the menu at 9:55 when the employe told me to wait a second, she then took 7 minutes to reply and at 10:02 she told me they were now closed and I couldn’t get food. She is the very reason I couldn’t order. Nothing but a waste of time, and this happens way too often. The employees don’t genuinely care for providing decent service, they have no actual regard for their customers. I hope you all see this because it’s truly infuriating and I know I’m not the only one.
